Minutes away from Martha's Vineyard and a myriad of historic landmarks and attractions, this home is perfect for those who want to get away from it all while soaking up the nature and history of the Massachusetts coastline. In the summer, enjoy an array of waterfront activities like sailing, fishing, kayaking, paddle boarding, surfing, beachcombing, shelling, and so much more. Get in a few rounds on the green just a few miles down the road. Tour the historic downtown with so many unique shops to choose from, go antiquing, discover famous eateries, and indulge in theatre and entertainment for the whole family.

Inside the home you will find an open-concept floor plan, windows letting in natural light and beautiful views, comfortable and convenient furniture, and a wood-burning stove to keep you warm. There is plenty of seating and activities so that the conversation can carry on no matter what's happening! The dining area is spacious and surrounded with views, the table seating six. Enjoy preparing grand meals in the full kitchen, updated with state-or-the-art stainless steal appliances and all the cupboard space you'll ever need. There's an upstairs sitting area for good conversation and competitive board games for the group. All of the bedrooms have comfortable beds and gorgeous views of the grounds and woods. Watch wildlife and gorgeous sunsets while you sip your morning coffee on the covered patio, or indulge in an evening glass of wine.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
