A truly one-of-a-kind lodge, tucked away on 200 stunning acres of pure peace and natural beauty. This unforgettable getaway offers some of the best views you’ll ever see, with wide-open skies, rolling landscapes, and water features that steal the show.

Spend your days fishing in not one, but three private ponds—a 20-acre, 7-acre, and 3-acre pond—each offering their own charm and fishing experience.

The lodge itself features:
• 5 spacious bedrooms
• 7 bathrooms for total convenience
• A massive, fully-equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook, gather, and enjoy
• A huge deck with panoramic views that simply can’t be beat

Whether you’re looking to relax, explore, or entertain, this lodge delivers a one-of-a-kind experience you won’t find anywhere else. More housing options on the property to sleep more guests.

Event liability insurance is required for any events on the property and we must be given a copy at least a week prior to your reservation. NO weddings are allowed. Only small gatherings with NO MORE than 25 people. Baby showers, birthdays and small family gatherings are welcome. NO MORE than the 14 guests are allowed to stay overnight. All guests from the gathering must be off the property when the event ends.

ZERO TOLERANCE FOR EXCESS MESSES OR DAMAGE. YOU WILL BE CHARGED ACCORDINGLY. Internet is very spotty and not guaranteed especially if it’s cloudy/rainy.




To check-out
Strip the pillowcases and sheets from beds and towels you used in a pile in your room
If you signed into any television apps, sign out
Make sure all doors other than the side front door are locked (push up on handles)
Summer months ac on 77 & winter heat on 65
All dishes or kitchen gadgets used, washed and put away or loaded and started in the dishwasher
All trash bags are placed in the plastic containers in the garage with the tops on
Return any moved furniture to its original position.
Make sure all windows are shut.
Any Trash or spills are cleaned
Remove all items you brought in


Kitchens
We believe we have everything you could need in our kitchen. If there is something you need please ask!

Trash
NO trash is to be left in or outside of our property.
Please put trash bags from the kitchen or other into the big bins in the garage when they fill up. We ask to please make sure the lid is on tight. If you have more trash than we have bins please call and let us know so we can dispose of them properly.


Laundry
You are welcome to use the washer and dryer. Please use good judgment and do not overfill. You are welcome to use the laundry detergent provided.

Cleaning supplies
We have a cleaning closet stocked and dishwasher detergent and kitchen trash bags are underneath the kitchen sink. Toilet paper will be under the cabinets in bathrooms and paper towels in the pantry.

Horse barn
Please keep out.
Pastures
Everything inside the gates you are welcome to roam. Please do not hop any fences or open any gates that aren't already open. We have livestock and want you and our animals safe.

Walking trails
You are welcome to enjoy our gravel trails around our ponds. Please be careful as some parts there are loose rocks. Keep an eye on children so that they do not get close to the water.

Other houses
Please do not attempt to enter any of the homes you are not renting. It will set off alarms

With the scenic views we didn't think cable was necessary but we do have a roku- Unfortunately in this area, WIFI is very spotty and not guaranteed especially if it’s cloudy/rainy.

Please keep closed when not in use. If left open they will automatically close at 10pm. Please sweep out any food that could be on the floor, we do not want to attract critters.

We had an amazing stay at this beautifully kept property. The views from the house were absolutely stunning—pictures just don't do them justice. Our kids especially loved spending time at the ponds. The house itself is large and spacious, easily accommodating several families with plenty of room to spread out and relax. Everything was clean and well-maintained, and the check-in and check-out process was smooth and hassle-free.We would absolutely recommend this place for a peaceful getaway with family or friends. Wonderful view

The property had everything you could want down to two coffee pots and beans. Clean and tidy. The view from the deck during a lightning storm was a once in a lifetime event. Host was very accommodating and communicative. Ample parking and amenities. We will stay again as we have family in the area. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Cattle Country with a BIG View!

Our group has an annual Fall outing that usually puts us in Southern MO or Northern Arkansas. We elected to stay much closer to the KC metro and found the One of a Kind Lodge. The house is beautiful and built with high end materials and finishes. The view to the East is spectacular. Plan on taking walks, fishing, cooking and sitting in rocking chairs. We had a very relaxing long weekend.

We had an amazing weekend at Harding Creek Ranch. The accommodations were top notch. The house was very spacious for our large family, supplied with everything we needed, and so clean. We loved the vibe of the house and the grounds were stunning. We did not want to leave. Now we just need a reason to come back. Highly recommend.

Unbelievable home and views

This cabin was incredible. I hosted my 40th birthday here with 8 couples. Everything was so beautiful and the panoramic views were unbeatable. We had a beautiful time, perfect for hosting a group like that. Plenty of room to eat together at the large round table Kitchen table. Same with plenty of space on the large deck. Driveway was great for games and hanging around the fire pit. We will absolutely stay here again! Everyone had a wonderful time, we were sad to leave.

The best and most beautiful place to host a gathering

I don’t even know where to begin to tell you how wonderful this place is! If you have multiple families wanting to stay together for a vacation or if you are hosting a party definitely book this incredible lodge! It’s STUNNING! I booked the lodge for a double 40th surprise birthday party and it couldn’t have been more perfect. We’ve stayed in numerous rental places and this exceeded my expectations in cleanliness. The property manager was extremely accommodating. She allowed me to come early and stay late (because it wasn’t rented) so I could do my set up. They had extra event tables, chairs, crockpots, a kitchen aid mixer, cups, pretty much anything you needed! Ashley even allowed me to take a tour previous to our stay so I could really plan our event out and know what I needed to bring. There are some fragile items in the house, making it even more cool and beautiful (like the taxidermy). My one tips is I just had sent an email to our guests outlining the rules of the house and didn’t have any issues, even with young children at our event.

The Perfect Place

This property was just as advertised. Amazing place for our group of family/friends to stay since we all come from a hunting/outdoor background. We were very amazed at the cleanliness and accommodations available. Hostess was very good to work with and answered all questions. Highly recommend this place.
