Inside Salty Mermaid, guests will find bright coastal interiors, designer furnishings, and an open-concept layout designed for gathering and relaxing. The spacious living room features comfortable seating, a large Smart television, and plenty of room for family movie nights and conversations after a day spent at the beach.

The chef's kitchen is beautifully appointed with marble countertops, top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances, a large island with seating, and everything needed for preparing meals throughout your stay. The dining area features a farmhouse-style table with seating for up to 10 guests, creating the perfect space for family dinners and vacation memories.

The primary suite is conveniently located on the main level, while the remaining guest bedrooms are located upstairs. Guests will also enjoy a full-size laundry room and additional half bathroom on the first floor for added convenience.

Rental Age Policy
We love people of all ages, and we want everyone to enjoy our homes. However, we do require that an adult 25 years or older reserve the home and be present at the home during your entire stay. We do not rent to anyone under the age of 25. We have no exception to this policy.
