Amazing Fall Foliage! Ski In-Ski Off 3 doors from Camelback Mountain!

Recently renovated townhouse directly on Camelback Mountain where you can spend your days observing the fall foliage in the fall and snow tubing, hitting the slopes in the winter while enjoying this modern vacation home.

This is a parking lot level unit with 2 parking spaces directly in front of the unit and 24/7 onsite security! No extra steps down to a lower cluster of units! Great for unloading your car so you can start your vacation even quicker!

**Brand new air conditioning/heating units throughout the townhome!
The living room has a 55" 4K Smart TV in which you can utilize login to any streaming apps along with cable tv options

The kitchen is equipped with dishware, cups, utensils, cookware, single serve coffee maker (ground or kcups not provided), microwave, and dishwasher.

The deck has a grill with a propane tank provided. Please check the tank prior to grilling to ensure it does not need to be refilled. We provide the tank, but not the propane.

The community clubhouse has 2 indoor tennis courts, ping pong, foosball, fitness room and a basketball net, along with the indoor heated pool.There are outdoors tennis courts located next to the clubhouse.The sauna and jacuzzi is located in the glass enclosed pool house and are operational during the pool schedule.
Please check hours of clubhouse amenities prior to your stay.

*Towels, linens and pillows are provided but please bring towels for the pool.
*We supply 1 roll of toilet paper, per bathroom, 1 kitchen garbage bag, 1 roll of paper towels
*Hand soap for each bathroom
*Washer and dryer are available, but laundry detergent is not provided
*Hairdryer in lower level bathroom

Great stay close to camelback

We had a great time with our family. The location is excellent since it is so close to walk and ski onto Camelback mountain! Our kids also enjoyed the indoor community pool.

This house is very cozy and clean. It had everything we needed for our long weekend. We especially appreciated the bathroom on each floor. The location was excellent, very close to the supermarket and outlet. We also enjoyed the clubhouse amenities. The house owner was responsive to my inquiries and request. We had a wonderful time with our family!

What a perfect unit in the most perfect location. Teenagers skied off and on all day and night. Place was super clean and the host was always available. Can’t wait to come back.

The propert was just like the pictures. Very close to food/ supermarkets. Swimming pool was awesome. Property owners were very nice. They answered my calls in a timely manner. Also they went above and beyond.

Fantastic ski on, ski off location!

We had a fantastic stay at Stephanie’s place. This is our 3rd time staying in this neighborhood, and this is the closest we have ever been to the ski slopes. The convenience was wonderful! About half of the homes in this neighborhood require going down a fairly long staircase from the parking lot, and we also really appreciated that this unit was on the upper level, just a Few steps from the parking lot area. Stephanie’s place is nicely decorated, clean, and comfortable. Check in and communication was great. We would definitely stay here again.

This house was very cozy and perfect for 8-10 people

Our stay was very pleasant and very convenient location to Camelbeach water park. We cooked and grilled without any issues, except for the coffee maker that didn't have a carafe but we easily solved it by making instant coffee instead. The chlorine levels were so high in the pool that we could feel it going up our nose. But place was extremely clean.

Great Location

Had a very good time. Had lots of room to get comfortable and relax. Kitchen was just right to cook meals easily. Really close to many amenities and very close to the ski slope. Can’t wait to come up to ski and hang and relax by the fireplace next time. Hosts were friendly and easy to deal with.
