This condo sits right around the corner from the rec center and fantastic walking and biking trails, and within walking distance of Pagosa Springs's public 27-hole golf course. You'll never have to worry about forgetting something at the grocery store, as City Market is just down the street. Begin each morning with coffee and a pastry from Higher Grounds a couple blocks away, and spend your evenings strolling to one of the nearby restaurants.

Passes to the rec center (offering a pool, a state-of-the-art gym, racquetball courts, and more) can be purchased for a nominal fee.

Due to new community regulations, there are no grills on this property.
No pets are allowed at this vacation rental. However, this property is not hypoallergenic.

To access the rec center, guests must obtain a sponsorship letter from the local office and pay the rec center fee.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Security camera details: There is an active surveillance camera location above the garage facing the driveway.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
