This two-story condo is located on the top floor. Inside you'll find a bright interior flooded with natural light, with plenty of windows to enjoy the spectacular view. Enjoy the warmth of the roaring fire in the grand, stone fireplace while hosting a movie night or Netflix marathon on the large TV. The vaulted ceiling and open-concept bring an airy atmosphere, as well as a luxurious one. The living area, kitchen, and dining area are all adjacent to each other so no conversation will be missed. Enjoy grand meals or playing board games at the large dining table. The chef of the group will love preparing meals in the full kitchen, equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a breakfast bar. There's plenty of places to rest in one of the comfortable beds, and spacious bathrooms with tiled showers. The main bedroom comes equipped with a private sauna, a wall air-conditioning unit, and a ceiling fan. All bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans as well. If you need to bring the office with you, there's a dedicated workstation upstairs! Indulge in the sounds of wildlife and the Colorado sunrise while you sip on your morning coffee on the private balcony. Additionally, this mountain gem features two patio balconies - one off the family area and another one off the bedroom. Extra in-home amenities include a washer/dryer and a one-car parking garage. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
