Host was very welcoming. Very easy to contact and very responsive. It’s a great experience besides the amazing game room, you have the river right behind the house. Great fishing access and we even got visited by a few moose. Highly recommend this stay!

Loved it! Very clean, well stocked, and perfect. We had a little family reunion there and it had everything we needed to keep everyone busy and happy. The view of the river was beautiful, and the whole place was awesome. I would definitely go back.

As we sat in the 12 person hot tub overlooking the Snske River. We literally saw 2 Bald Eagles souring and fishing the river rt by the yard. Couldn't have been in a more gorgeous spont for the 6 nights total we got to stay here. We will be back. Owner / Property Manager was super acomidating. One of the nicest home rentals we have ever stayed in.
Enjoyed inviting all the cousins over for family game night and BBQ. What a fun spot to play and hang with family!!!

Great Family Getaway

I enjoyed staying here because there is so much space. It rained the whole time we were there, but because we could play billiards, shuffle board, an arcade game, cards/board games, and more we had a great time. Everyone enjoyed the hot tub.A great view of the Snake River, we watched deer, rock chuck, Osprey, and a bald eagle.The host was responsive to our questions about how to control the recliners. The host was very accommodating.

Beautiful home along the Snake River-Fantastic

We loved our stay here. The view was amazing. The house had everything we needed. The upstairs game room was so cool. The kids and adults loved it. Lots of extra pillows, blankets and towels. Would highly recommend.

The home and property were beautiful. Plenty of movies and games to keep busy. The owners were helpful and responded quickly to any questions. Hope to return again soon.

Peace and Quiet

This property is situated in a remote location and boasts a peaceful and tranquil ambiance. However, we had some concerns. The home was a bit dirty. The kitchen table chairs were badly stained (including the primary bedroom chair). One of the chairs is really loose and about to break. We tried to use the umbrella, but the weighted bags were torn, and sand leaked everywhere. The property manager offered to come and fix it, but we decided to relocate it to a more useful location carefully, and he can fix it later. Then we opened it and it was full of wasp nests. We did not use it at all. The spa was dirty, and we did not use it either. There was a missing cabinet door in the bathroom (we were notified after we arrived). We experienced a lot of spiders inside every day. There were numerous dirty handprints/fingerprints on the doors knob areas. This property met our needs but not our expectations. Positive comments: quiet, peaceful, private, and the river noise was great.

Relaxing, outdoor, fishing, golfing heaven!

We rented this home to take our sons on a fishing vacation. It is in a rural location and right on the Snake River which was mesmerizing. When we first drove up, I was a little concerned because it wasn't necessarily a "pristine" home - but in the end, we were glad it wasn't! The views to the outdoors, the deck that goes around most of the home, and the quiet more "local" location was fantastic!! The fun amenities like hammocks, hot tub, large grassy area for volleyball and other family activities, and the incredible game room upstairs with all kinds of activites, was amazing. They also have a small home theater that made us feel like we were in a movie theater. We have been on exotic trips in many locations, and this was one of our favorites because we simply relaxed and enjoyed the outdoors. We didn't have to worry about being "too clean" in a home not appropriate to the environment and the owners were so helpful and have obviously worked hard to provide all needs to those coming to stay. They also gave us great tips for fun fishing spots. We all expect to come back and will try to stay in this same home.

Expectations blown out of the water

Beautiful property, located near tons of activities at hiese hot springs. My group loved the state of the art kitchen, stocked with coffee and snacks. And the game room was an absolute blast. Hot tub was clean and hot. Would give this property 10 stars if I could.

A week with family on the South Fork.

My wife and I spent a week with our children our two small grand sons (8 people) and had a great time. The home had very nice amenities and a great kitchen (very nice appliances) for a larger group. The game room and theater room were great! The views of the Snake River were wonderful from the house and the decks., and even the hot tub. We saw moose, many types of water foul and spent quite a bit of time watching a beautiful pair of Bald Eagles that were in the area almost every day. In my youth, I spent quite a bit of time in this area, but I had forgotten how beautiful the South Fork is!! Our experience with the host was very good.
