This home is spacious and had all the amenities we needed for our vacation, it was in a great location close to downtown and parks.We also had a great host, Alex was always super helpful.

Great space for our group of 8!

We had a great stay at the property. Alex was a fantastic host and his communication was always very quick. They house is very spacious and the rooftop deck was the best!!! It was very close to the racetrack which is what we were there for. It is also a short uber ride to broadway! We would definitely stay there again!

Perfect house for bachelorette!

We loved this house! It was the perfect setup for my friend’s bachelorette. Alex was the best host and super responsive with all my questions! And the house was immaculate inside! It was great to walk into a super clean house! A couple of minor downfalls: It was a little far from Broadway, which we didn’t realize how far until we were there, so definitely plan on paying a lot for Ubers (roughly $25-35 per Uber XL each way and we needed 2 per trip for our group). Also, it’s in a industrial area with a lot of construction going on right next door, so the views aren’t ideal and construction noise was a little loud at times. The couches are not ideal for lounging, they’re really just for show, and there isn’t enough couch space for large groups. Alex did mention that the couches were temporary, so hopefully the new ones he buys will be a better option. Other than those things, which were no fault to Alex, the house was great!

Awesome house!!!

I highly recommend this house to any large groups! Alex was VERY accommodating and has an awesome house with a great location! The house was clean when we arrived and provided all the essentials like enough toilet paper, paper towels, coffee, etc. If I’m ever back in Nashville, I will definitely be booking this house again! The photo booth wall was a huge hit as well!!!

Great place to stay

Had an amazing trip to Nashville to celebrate my daughters 21st Birthday and Alex's house was the perfect place to stay. House was adorable with an amazing rooftop which was great to hang out on when we came back for the day. Tons of cute spots in the house to take pictures of our group. Beds, bedding and sheets were all super comfortable. Alex was super easy to work with. Would definitely recommend staying here and would love to book next time I visit Nashville Thanks again!!

Extra spacious, 10 minutes to almost everything

We arrived with a group of 8. Plenty of space and clean, having 3 showers was really nice. We used this place as home base and it was an easy Uber ride to downtown and to many of the best places to visit in Nashville. Alex was a great host, easy to communicate with and very kind.

Stay here!

Before we even arrived in Nashville, Alex had the most amazing communication. Even when we had a slight problem with the fridge, he was responsive and extremely helpful. Overall, this place is AWESOME, so great for multiple people and photographs! I would recommend it to anyone.

Great stay!

The Rosedale was the perfect spot to host my Nashville bachelorette party! Plenty of space for 12 girls. We had so much fun taking pictures with the Nashville/country decor. Everything in the house was clean, well kept, and updated. Beautiful rooftop! Short uber to Broadway. Our host Alex was so kind, super responsive, and very helpful! Would definitely recommend!

Great space and location!

We were supposed to have 7 people ended up just being 4. The space was huge and what a beautiful property! We ate out every meal but there was plenty of coffee in the morning which was nice. You can’t go wrong here!

Great rental

This condo is in a great location. About 3 miles to downtown. Neighborhood is quiet and we felt safe leaving cars outside of the garage. Owner supplied us with k cups, laundry detergent, hand soap, towels and more. Property manager was quick to respond to questions. Roof deck was amazing. Sat on the deck and drank coffee every morning. June weather was too hot to enjoy the deck in the afternoon 2 minor complaints. 1st the bunk beds we not easy or comfortable to climb into. Maybe the owner could add a more comfortable ladder system. 2nd issue, the couch is not a good quality and was already broken. I would hope they replace it with a more durable seating area. It looks great but it was very uncomfortable to sit in. Overall the positives far outweigh the negatives. I come to Nashville every year for a hockey tournament and will definitely look to rent this unit again.

Daughter's 21st bday celebration

The house was perfect! Alex the property owner was wonderful!! It is a 5-minute drive via Uber downtown. The house is new and has plenty of space. It was my husband, myself, and five college-aged ladies. I highly recommend staying here!
