Good Vibes PCB- Private and Serene Getaway
This 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom house in Panama City Beach, FL is the perfect rental for a beach getaway. It features a spacious open floor plan with a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for preparing meals while enjoying the company of friends and family. The living room has plenty of comfortable seating and a flat-screen TV, making it the perfect place to relax after a long day at the beach. The bedrooms offer plenty of space for all of your belongings. The master bedroom has a king size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower/tub combo and large closet. The second and third bedrooms have a queen size bed and share a bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The fourth bedroom has a bunk bed with full size mattresses, perfect for the kids. You do have to walk through the bunk room to get to one of the queen bedrooms.
The backyard is extremely private and quiet. You will feel like you’re the only people on the block. There is a large gazebo, fenced in yard, and open side yard. Don’t forget about the community pool for you to enjoy. The house is located just a short walk from the white sandy beaches and crystal clear waters of Panama City Beach, and is close to all of the area's popular restaurants and attractions. Perfect for families or a couple families to share!
Please, only 2 cars parked on the driveway, there are additional marked parking spots located in the community.
Please review all of our policies prior to booking. We also recommend booking travel insurance for your trip if you feel there might be a chance for cancellation. A rental agreement as well as security deposit are required prior to check in.
Please note, our HOA has strict quiet hours from 10:00pm-7:00am, these are enforced by security on site.
We do require the booking guest to be at least 25 years or older and will need to verify your drivers license. Responsible younger groups will be considered, please message us if you have questions!
We do have security cameras on site, but only outside, never inside the property.` There is a doorbell camera, a camera facing the driveway, and also facing toward the house from the gazebo in the backyard. These are for security of the property as well as the guests. We also utilize a noise monitoring system to prevent loud noises and parties. These monitor noises in the living room, front patio, and back patio. They only monitor the level of noise, they do not listen to guests in any way.

We have on site parking available. Large, spacious living areas and bedrooms, a private backyard with a gazebo. A community pool for laying out and relaxing away from the sand. We offer a clean house and great customer service! Love hosting families and helping to make it memorable for them.
Our community pool requires wrist bands for anyone 12 years old and up. You will not be allowed to be at the community pool without the required wrist band. There are 10 wrist bands provided at the property. They will be hanging by the front door on hooks. Our cleaner will verify that all 10 wrist bands have been returned after your stay. ANY LOST/DAMAGED WRIST BANDS WILL RESULT IN A $20 CHARGE.
