This condo is 2 levels with living space, the kitchen and a half bath on the first floor and bedrooms bathroom, washer/dryer on the second floor. Enjoy the community outdoor pool which is just steps from the condo, high speed wifi internet, and central AC. You'll love the fully stocked kitchen which in addition to the basic essentials, also includes an air fryer, a professional grade blender, a Keurig and a traditional coffee maker. The living room and main bedroom both have Roku Smart TVs so you can stream your favorite programs (with your login credentials) and there is also a washer and dryer in this home. The main bedroom has one double bed and the second bedroom has two twin beds. There's a sleep sofa in the living room so you can sleep 6 people comfortably. Penguin Dr. is a short walk to Minit Market grocery store and deli and also Jolly Roger Amusement Park! There is a place to rent jet skis within a 2 minute walk! PERFECT LOCATION for a family - you can walk to Jolly Rodger for the kids (young and adult kids), walk to boat and jet ski rentals and also a short walk to the beach and ocean! *This property allows 2 night minimum stays until Memorial Day weekend.* Please note that there is a boat parked in the boat slip during peak season so the boat slip is not included with this rental.

Linens are not provided but an optional linen package is available for $108.00. A complete line set includes a sheet and pillow case for each bed and a towel set for each occupant. You can add this option when you make your reservation if you choose to do so. Guests must supply all soaps and paper products.

**We require a copy of a valid Driver's License or Government photo ID from the primary guest once booked.**

*Sorry, no rentals to groups under the age of 25 and no Senior Week groups. Parents are not allowed to rent on behalf of children under the age of 25 and there are no exceptions to this rule.

*For the comfort of all guests, this is a non-smoking property. This includes E-cigs, vaping devices and medical marijuana. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas, if available.

* No pets are allowed at this condo, sorry. This includes emotional support animals.

Guests are responsible for ensuring compliance by all members of their party, and by booking, you acknowledge and agree to abide by this these terms. Any violation of the above policies may result in eviction, loss of rent paid and an additional charge of $500.
