DOOR ACCESS:
The front door is equipped with an electronic keypad. Guests are required to sign the renter agreement to receive the door code. You will get a personalized door code 3 days prior to check-in, no need to meet anyone for keys. Enjoy the entire place to yourself.

OCCUPANCY:
Home sleeps up to 4 in beds. There is a strict 6 persons HOA maximum. Please do not utilize the couch as a bed. Note: If you bring more people than accounted for on your reservation, you will be asked to leave immediately. Exceeding the maximum permitted occupancy can result in many issues, including a fine from local authorities for not adhering to fire safety.

The kitchen was stocked with lots of pots/pans and dishware for us to use. The rooms were very large and the townhouse was beautifully decorated.

Wonderful stay. This was by far the nicest rental we’ve stayed at on the Florida coast. House was very well equipped and all the furnishings beautiful and comfortable. The pool was right outside and always quiet- which my kids loved. The beach was so quiet and the chair service was fantastic. Mexico Beach appears to still be recovering from the hurricane, so restaurants are limited. We had great food from a couple of the food trucks at lunch time, but there’s only a couple of dine-in restaurants available for evening meals.

Cannot say enough positive things about our stay! Condo was amazing and had everything we needed. There was a quick walk to the beach, and Nicole was a wonderful host! We will definitely return!

Go ahead & book! No regrets! Amazing vacation spot!

This place was absolutely amazing! It was spotless from the moment we walked in, and the rest of the home did not disappoint. Beautifully decorated with a warm, homey feel, it immediately put us at ease. All the appliances were high-end, adding a touch of luxury to our stay. The sheets, towels, and blankets were freshly laundered and smelled incredible—such a comforting detail. Everything we needed for a perfect beach getaway was provided, and the added bonus of beach supplies made the trip even easier and more stress-free. We also loved spending our evenings at the pool, which felt incredibly private since we had it all to ourselves. Communication with our host was top-notch. She even went the extra mile by leaving a thoughtful birthday surprise for one of our family members, which truly made the day feel special. The host went above and beyond in every way. No doubt—we’d love to stay here again in the future!

A Place in Paradise

As our fifth year at Mexico Beach we really loved our stay at this house, it had great service and fully accommodated our family. We enjoyed the window and balcony views, time in the pool, short walk to the beach and was super appreciative of the complimentary chairs and umbrella rentals each day. The house is super clean and nice!! Highly recommended by our family!!

I can’t say enough how perfect our stay was! The location was amazing and the amenities were the best! The complimentary umbrella/chairs on the beach were a HUGE plus and the beach wagon was a lifesaver for our family! I can’t imagine how we would’ve lugged all of our beach accessories without it (I’m 6 months pregnant with a 2.5 year old). The condo was super clean & so cutely decorated. We will absolutely stay again!

Beautiful!

Beautiful, spacious place! Very convenient…walkable to brewery, marina is directly across the street and beach access is only steps away. Only drawback was the wagon for the beach…the tires were small and difficult to “pull” thru the sand

Absolutely Beautiful Place!

This property was absolutely incredible. My mother and I thoroughly enjoyed staying here for our girls trip. Short walk to a lovely, non crowded beach. The house had so much space. Everything was immaculately clean and tidy. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies, even seasonings. The Keurig was wonderful to have. The large assortment of beach items was excellent as well. Everything we needed was available (beach chairs, umbrella, wagon, etc). We had an amazing time and we will definitely be back!

Our stay at the property in Mexico Beach was absolutely wonderful!

The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we needed for a relaxing getaway. The location was perfect—just a short walk to the pristine beach and close to charming local shops and restaurants.We especially loved the outdoor space—it was perfect for enjoying morning coffee or unwinding after a day at the beach. The hosts were incredibly responsive and made sure we had everything we needed.The only slight issue we encountered was that the gas was turned off when we arrived, which meant we couldn’t cook or take hot showers on the first night. However, the hosts acted quickly, and it was all fixed by the next morning—truly appreciated their quick response!Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a peaceful beach escape!

Great Place to Stay!

We had a great time at Gone Coastal. The condo is beautiful. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need. The chairs/umbrella were a nice addition. Nicole is great to work with. We plan on coming back and staying at Gone Coastal in the future. Mexico Beach is a nice place to vacation.
