This stunning condo is absolutely beautiful with many new upgrades including appliances, granite counters, flooring and paint. The Ponte Vista building offers an elevator for your convenience and a lovely bay front outdoor pool for you to enjoy. Whether you are looking to dine in or out during your vacation, you will find a fully stocked kitchen with everything you can need during your stay at the shore. Located on the bayside of 94th street in Ocean City, MD.

each reservation includes a complimentary bag which includes paper towels, bathroom tissue, laundry and dish detergents, trash bags.!

Love this place

We absolutely love staying here. We love the host. She is absolutely wonderful and a fellow neighbor in my home town. Her beach house is gorgeous, comfortable and clean. The views are unbeatable. This is our 2nd or 3rd time staying here. We will be back next year.

Beautiful Bay View

Location of condo, on the Bay,cannot be beat. The view while sitting at the pool was perfect. Condo was very clean. Paper products, linens & bathroom towels were provided. Location is convenient for shopping and restaurants.

Loved the pool and comfort

This place was wonderful. The beds are comfortable, the place is clean and updated and linens and towels are included. There are fans in the bedrooms and a huge super comfy couch. We LOVED that we were on the level that had stairs to access the pool. It made it easy for our 5 and 6 years old to go potty when needed. The Blue Fish restaurant had the best sushi we’ve ever had and the grocery store being so close was very helpful. The only thing to note is there aren’t any hooks for hanging wet towels/bathing suits anywhere. And the bathrooms aren’t updated, so if you’re tall like my family, you won’t be able to see yourself in the bathroom mirrors. A full length mirror would be helpful. We will hopefully be back :)

Excellent stay/Excellent property

Our stay at this condo was great. The location is close to everything you might need. Beach access is easy. Pool was enjoyable. Views are terrific. Would def rent again.

Great place, location and views

This property was conveniently located near all of the restaurants, a short walk/ride to the beach. The back deck has fantastic views of the Bay and pool, an awesome place to watch a sunset after a day at the beach. Absolutely would recommend/stay again. Michael was very responsive on any questions we had and the check-in/check-out process was seamless! 5/5 rating

Excellent Place to stay !!

My family of 5 stayed here and were very pleased! It was clean had everything we needed for our stay, the beds were comfortable and the views were gorgeous my kids loved the park and basketball courts down the street. We also loved that the grocery store was so close Great place to stay we will be back !!!
