Tucked into a quiet, northwest neighborhood, you’re just minutes from downtown Phoenix and chic Scottsdale, as well as plenty of hiking and outdoor recreation opportunities. Sip some morning coffee or an evening cocktail on the backyard’s covered lanai, then slip into the sparkling pool to swim a few laps. The fire pit next to the pool is the perfect place to roast some marshmallows and watch the stars rise in the desert sky.
Inside, you’ll find new flooring and a hip mixture of colorful modern and retro furnishings. Get groovy in the bright orange painted den while you swing in the papasan chair or relax on the velvet sofa. The bright teal backsplash adds character to the well-equipped kitchen, which features a full suite of stainless steel appliances and plenty of space to prepare a feast. Between the dining room table, kitchen island barstools, and patio table on the lanai, there’s plenty of room for everyone to enjoy a meal.
After a fun day out, relax in the central air-conditioning and grab a seat on the mustard-yellow sectional to you stream your favorite shows, or grab a board game for more together time. At the end of the day, take your pick from four far-out bedrooms, one featuring a collection of flamingoes, and one featuring a collection of vintage radios. But before bed, step back outside to the lanai for a nightcap – make it a Harvey Wallbanger – to toast your good luck at booking the perfect desert escape.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
