El Studio, nuestro condominio de eficiencia más asequible, está decorado con un tema de "música" y tiene obras de arte y fotos de músicos de Austin. Tiene una cama Queen 'James Bond' con reposabrazos ocultos y portavasos, junto con un colchón Tempurpedic y un sofá desplegable tamaño Natuzi Queen. Hay un porche privado con mesa y 4 sillas. Parrilla de gas se comparte con The Sweet al lado.

Ubicado a pocas cuadras del parque Zilker, la piscina de Barton Springs y el sendero para caminar y andar en bicicleta alrededor del lago Lady Bird, tiene acceso a kayak, piragüismo o paddle surf, natación, voleibol de playa, golf Frisbee, senderismo en el greenbelt, el Garden Center, el Nature Center y el parque infantil y el tren para los niños o un picnic en el Great Lawn. We arrived early and the property owners were nice enough to let us check in earlier than expected. Check-in was easy.place was clean and all amenities fully stocked. You literally can just show up with toothbrush. Place is small but perfect for a couple . Nice patio just outside the door. So close to Zilker park you can walk. You are just a short drive to congress scene. Communication was excellent . Great value for Austin . Highly recommend

The property is clean and cozy, and is an easy walk to Barton Springs and Zilker Park. The host is amazing and proactively provides information about the check-in and check-out process as well as things to do in the area. The location is quiet, beautiful and well-shaded by many large trees in the area.

Great Location

We stayed 3 nights and the place was very clean and well maintained. We were there to explore the city and see live music so it was a nice quiet place to come back to at the end of the night. Very close to downtown and easy access to the park and the springs. We would definitely stay here again.

Exceptional property

Great place to stay if you want easy walking access to Zilker or Barton Springs, and a quick drive to everything else. The kitchen is well stocked and the bathroom has everything you need. Plus the hosts are fantastic. Can't recommend this place enough.

Peach, the Broker in the family, is an avid golfer and likes to do anything outdoors as well as garden in his Zilker area home's backyard. Cynthia manages their rental property along with their son, Jay. Cynthia loves to cook the vegetables that Peach grows and take long walks, bike rides and swims.
