Relax in style with the whole family at this one-of-a-kind home which has been curated to deliver a once-in-a-lifetime experience for you and your loved ones. Centrally located to Dallas and Plano. Close to many attractions & Golf Courses. Numerous beds ((including 3 king beds!)) that can fit the whole group, so it's perfect for multi-generational families & work-cationing! Kids love the upstairs bunk beds room with a game area and smart TV! Fast Wi-Fi for everyone's streaming devices.
5 Bedrooms:
- Main floor suite has a custom-made king sleigh-bed with indirect lighting, sitting area, and mounted smart TV.
- 2nd floor bedroom with four-poster king bed and a smart TV.
- 3rd bedroom with modern platform king bed.
- 4th bedroom with two deep memory foam twin beds and a desk. Great for older siblings or adults.
- 5th bedroom with with two full-over-full (4 full beds) bunk beds which are great for kids. Also features a tremendous play-pen for small children, a table for games/coloring, a comfy leather couch, and a smart TV for movie time.
2.5 Bathrooms:
- Main suite bathroom with a walk-in closet, double vanity, large jetted tub, and easy-access, step-in shower.
- Upstairs bathroom with a double vanity and a shower/tub with a glass door.
- Half bath off of the kitchen/dining/living area.
Living Spaces:
- Main living room with an immense brick fireplace.
- Second living room with cozy reading areas and a big screen smart TV.
- Small sun room off of main bedroom and main living room with large windows and small dining table for morning coffee/relaxation.
- Large kitchen for cooking meals with eat-in dining for 6 at the table and 2 at the bar.
- Separate formal dining room with gorgeous wood table and seating for 8.
- Two backyard deck spaces and a patio with a picnic table, rocking chairs, and tasteful solar landscape lighting throughout.
- An immaculate garage with luxury vinyl shop tile flooring, parking for two cars, a sitting area with mini-fridge, and a mounted smart TV.
The landscaping team comes every other Thursday. If you are there during the day on a Thursday, there's a chance you will see them. They normally complete their work in 20-30 minutes.
