Whether you are working from home or long for the excitement of Dollywood and the Great Smoky Mountains' gorgeous hiking trails, this 1,500-square-foot vacation rental is in perfect location as it provides you the tranquility you desire on a vacation, but also located just minutes away from all attractions. Vacation home w/ game room and large yard.

Overall, we were really pleased with the stay. There were a few small issues - doors not properly latching due to hinge sag, the beds being so soft that all of the adults woke up with sore backs, a slightly temperamental door keypad, it being nearly impossible to figure out which remotes went to which TVs - but we had a fantastic stay otherwise. It wasn't super infant friendly with all the Christmas decorations, but the older kids all loved them. The playroom had activities to entertain infants all the way up through the adults. The kitchen amenities were fantastic.

The host was wonderful and the house was beautiful the location was great! We did ask for towels but never received them, we made it work though, overall it was a great vacation.

Host was friendly and responsive house looked as it did in the pictures (though i dont think all the beds are pictured)Family loved the pool and fooseball if we had spent more time we would have loved to usw the cornhole in the large side yardThe property was easy to get to without any steep or windy mountain roads and not far from alot of the tourist attractions but other then 1 neighbor still decently secluded.A plus for us was that it was mostly 1 level and had a ramp ( though for some the ramp may still be a little of an issue because not completely level with the driveway)Driveway itself was pretty flat and easliy had room for our van and car.Definitely a place I would look at staying again when in the areaOh and the fresh flowers on the table were a nice surprise

The house was nice and the kitchen was pretty well stocked for basic cooking needs. Some of the items were in poor condition though. We stayed for a month so we got very well acquainted with the house. Pros: 1-We really liked how many different types of toys and games there were for all ages. The game room was awesome. 2- The stream out front was a lot of fun for the kids to play in 3- The house was well protected from critters. They definitely sprayed well for bugs. Surprisingly there weren't a lot of mosquitoes and moths. 4-The gas grill was great. Cons: 1- The house does not have a washer and dryer. This was kind of a pain and we spent about 40 doing our laundry at the laundromat. 2-The master bedroom door didn't latch. This was kinda of a problem when you have small children. We informed to owners. I hope they got it fixed. 3-We had a little trouble getting our trash picked up before it started overflowing.4- The kitchen is pretty tight for our family of 7. 5- The house smelled like a kennel when we got there.6- The master mattress was very soft but not even. It definitely messed with our backs. There was kind of a hill in the middle of the mattress. 7- One of the bathroom sinks was loud and didn't have good pressure.

Beautiful place

This place was great, had a very convenient location! The host was welcoming and very friendly! If you want to have the best night sleep stay here because the bed in the master room is like sleeping on a cloud!!! We’d come back just for the bed!

Close Enough

Felt like we were away from the crowds, but we’re close enough to everything. Description said no CO detectors/smoke alarms mentioned. Both were in place and working. Would stay here again.

Nice place to stay

Close enough to the downtown area but still far enough from the hustle and bustle. Very nice home with all the things you would need. Good communication with the owner. Would stay again.

Spring Break

Home is in a great location, close to everything in a short drive but far enough away to enjoy peace and quiet. Home was sufficient for all our needs, the owner is super nice and fast and easy to communicate with. Our family of 4 adults, 1 teen, 2 kids and 2 infants stayed very comfortably with room to spare. The cleaning people I texted for more towels never responded or brought any but that is not owner fault and not a deal breaker by any means and we would recommend and stay again.

Close to all of what Pigeon Forge has to offer

If you are looking for a location close to all the activities this is it. If you are looking for a mountain view than not so much. Nice home with plenty of things for the kids to do with the pool and foosball tables. Enjoyed the stay.

Perfect Pigeon Forge stay

The property was just as described, generously stocked, very clean, the beds were comfortable, adorable decor and very spacious. I had two teenage boys with me that loved the garage area. Great location! Check in was easy and communication was great. We would definitely recommend this home for your next vacation.
