Relax with your large group at Cactus Moon House in highly-desirable West Sedona. Your 4 bedroom home is professionally cleaned and features 2 primary bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, and a fully furnished KitchenAid kitchen.

You are within 1.5 miles of multiple trailheads, but start your stay off by walking to Sugar Loaf Mountain via our secret neighborhood trail.

After a day exploring, enjoy any of the outdoor spaces: take in the red rock views in the front cactus garden, star gaze on the side patio, or make memories with the smokeless solo stove fire pit in the backyard.

1 small step to enter, 2 exterior security cameras (facing out)

HOUSE RULES
- No smoking
- No pets allowed
- No events, parties, or large gatherings
- Must be at least 25 years old to book
- All guest must be on reservation
- Photo ID may be required upon check-in
- Only DuraFlame logs to be burned in Fireplace. One log will be provided for guests, additional logs may be purchased at nearby Ace Hardware.
- BYOW (Bring Your Own Wood) for the outdoor fire pit, and always have a responsible adult present when in use. Please also be mindful of noise levels, as our neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, and we care about our neighbors.

NOTE: Your safety matters. This property features 2 exterior security cameras: 1 camera is facing the front door and 1 camera is on the carport facing the driveway. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces. The cameras are motion-activated and record video/sound, but do not infringe on guests’ privacy.

Perfect location, lovely home, great stay!

We were so lucky to find such a great spot for our family trip with our young adult kids. The location was perfect and it’s clear that the owners had their guests in mind when they designed each space. The binder that included restaurant recommendations and trail heads was very helpful for us Sedona newbies. Thanks to Emily and husband for a lovely stay-we wouldn’t hesitate to stay again!

Best VRBO I have stayed at?

I think it was... The house more than lives up to the pictures. The decor is comfortable and useable. The owners have helpful labels and notes everywhere, and the house is very well stocked with everything you will need for a great stay. My only complaint was that our stay ended too soon. We want to go back again.

Sedona visit

The house was exactly as listed on the site. My family of 5 had plenty of space and the location was perfect for all of our planned excursions while visiting Sedona. The host (Emily) was responsive and we couldn’t have asked for anything more during our visit. Beautiful house, well appointed & beautiful neighborhood for walking! We would definitely stay here again!!

Great family getaway

This house was clean and exactly as described. Very comfortable for our family of three households, with 4 adults and 4 kids. Kitchen had everything for cooking a meal with all pots, pans and cooking utensils in good condition. Also had a good supply of spices and condiments including coffee. The living and sleeping spaces were clean and comfortable. Nice outdoor spaces as well with nice views out the front side. Great Sedona getaway!

50th birthday with friends

3 couples stayed at the property for 2 nights to celebrate my wife’s birthday. The house was IMMACULATE!!!! Perfect in EVERY way!! The hosts went out of their way to make it an incredible stay for all of us. From snack baskets to friendly tips to even a hand written birthday card, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!!!!

Awesome Place and Host

Pictures don’t do this home justice! Such a beautiful and clean home. Perfect for a big group. Loved that the diffuser was going when we got there, can’t express enough how clean everything was. The amenities were great! Love the ambience of the entire place. Beautifully staged, with beautiful art pieces and plants throughout the house. Home is surrounded by red rocks in a beautiful neighborhood. Shops, grocery stores, restaurants, coffee shops just minutes away. And lastly gorgeous hikes and water holes / rivers super close by. Highly recommend!

PERFECT

Ideal floor plan and set up for 3 generation family trip, ages 9 months to 67 years. Ditto all the great comments made about the hosts, there was a little glitch when we arrived; they were on it, and the situation was resolved quickly!! Home was clean and stylish, as pictured, easy to find and conveniently located to anything you could need on a vacation, as far as activities and shopping. During our December visit the weather was cool, we used the outdoor firepit, as well as the grill. We did all our own cooking, and the kitchen was well equipped. Clutter free – it’s so nice to open a cupboard or fridge that isn’t crammed with previous guests’ sticky, yucky, expired leftovers! Peaceful design and décor. The beauty of Sedona is at your front door. Thank you, Emily, we highly recommend your lovely home and would not hesitate to return.

40th in Sedona

This house was perfect for the 6 of us! (Would have held 3 more comfortably as well). The room with the high ceilings has its own wing. I felt like a true princess! This house had coffee and coffee filters supplied for every day. Same with laundry soup, dryer sheets, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash!! The kitchen has tons of spices in the spices drawer. Has lots of pots and pans, crock pot, 9x13 pan, strainer… everything!! We didn’t need to get anything but groceries! They even have a wine opener and wine stoppers! We really enjoyed the comfy king size beds, the roomy living room, the seating out front and the 2 backyards, and added bonus of yoga cards and books. Amazing water pressure and hot showers. We all showered after long hikes and never had a problem. The neighborhood is beautiful. It’s in a nice safe area. You can watch the sunrise and sunset on the beautiful rocks every day. Magical magical stay! You live up to your 10 out of 10 reviews! Thank you!

"Wow"

This trip was in the planning stages for a very long time. It was to celebrate a 60th Birthday, as well as a Christmas gift for our 2 grown children and their partners. While researching the available homes, in my notes I had labelled this house "Wow" after seeing the photos. It certainly lived up to our expectations. The location was absolutely perfect! We LOVED the layout of the home. Mom and Dad had their own wing. I could wake early, make coffee, and not disturb the others. The outdoor area was very appealing, though the Dec. weather was a little chilly so we didn't make use of it. The yoga room was a great place to stretch before and after our long hikes. The location was perfect. We did hikes right from the house, as well as some just a short drive away. We would certainly recommend this home to others.

Perfect spot and as described

The house is as described. Beds were very comfortable Solid pots and pans Plenty of space Clean Plenty of hot water New appliances Easy bike ride to trail head. Guys trip to celebrate my 50th and ride bikes for 4 days and easy access to the trails.

The location was fantastic with multiple trails available within walking distance. The house had plenty of space, and the two backyards and one front yard made the trip even more pleasant.

Spacious Home in a Great Neighborhood!

We were 3 adults and 5 children in this home, and we had the best time! The space was perfect for all of us without feeling at all crowded. The kitchen was easy to cook in so we didn't have to go out. The outdoor spaces were also very calm and peaceful. One of the best parts of this home was its location and the amazing views all around! It was very quiet and lovely for morning and evening walks. I would absolutely stay here again!
