Welcome to Emerald Shores 2001

Breathtaking views are what you will find at Emerald Shores 2001! Unbelievable location in Laguna Beach, this area boasts of miles of white sand beaches just waiting for you to take that moonlight stroll or catch that once in a lifetime sunrise you'll remember long after you return home.

Sit on the balcony of this 1 bed/1.5 bath condo and soak in the scenery, or enjoy preparing your meals in your full kitchen. You will also enjoy the open living/dining area for those intimate family moments. Wifi included

The kids will love the twin bunk beds built into the hallway!

In the living room you will find a queen sleeper sofa so this unit will comfortably sleep 6 guests.

While you could easily get caught up in the beauty of the beach, you are close to many area attractions, and just across the street is a quaint 'grocery store/gift shop' where you can pick up that special bottle of wine to add the finishing touch to your meal. You will also have access to the gated swimming pool. BBQ grills located nearby the pool.


No fighting the crowds or trying to find a place to park. If you are looking for that home away from home that is comfortable and cozy then the Emerald Shores is for you. Located n the west end of the beach next to The Carousel Wine & Grocery Store- a locals favorite with wine tastings every Saturday. If your looking for a getaway away from all the traffic and noise this resort is perfect for you. Only 4 miles from Pier Park. 2nd floor with stair access.

You must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property. During Spring Break , the minimum acceptable ratio is one (1) person 25 years of age for every two (2) persons under 25 years of age.

Location is our favorite

This is our favorite location. We love that it is a small condo and the beach in front is not crowded. It does need some minor updates.

The property was in good shape and had all the amenities advertised. The only shortcoming were the drapes facing the water. They are stained and should be cleaned or replaced.

Great location

I stayed there during bike week near the end of October security at the parking deck were great and understanding that we could not really stick a parking pass on our vehicles designated out a whole level of the parking deck just for the motorcycles and it is not very far from anything you wanna go do if you wanna go eat at pure Park you can walk is that close or if you wanna have a drink and do some karaoke Donovan‘s is right next-door Great location will recommend

Perfect quiet location

We loved this property. No parking garages or elevators to deal with. Beach wasn’t super crowded given this home is located on the quiet west end of the beach. Walk right across the street to whit sandy beach. We had a great time.

Spring break

Property was nice and location was great. The noise from upstairs was unbelievable had to go have words with neighbors above us several times. Extremely noisy even when they are just walking. Would be something to mention about place. Tv and internet problems from day one but they did finally get them working on day 3.

Fantastic location

The layout and overall appearance were just fine. You can tell it was recently painted. Looks very nice. The location was amazing away from the craziness at PCB resort area with an unobstructed view (less power lines and cross walk signs) and quick walk to the beach. Unfortunately, you’ll have to buy pillows and blankets and maybe towels (not enough if using sofa sleeper), toilet paper (we got one roll for two toilets for the whole week) and trash bags (again we stayed a week and they didn’t have a box). There’s NO sound proofing between floors, so if you have a herd of buffalo above, you’ll be up at 6am with them as they stomp and slide the glass door 90 times. Beds were decent and facilities clean. Doors were a different matter. Only a Few closed properly and we had to nearly breakdown the front door to get in on first night. Then we had to leave it open and unlocked until maintenance came out a couple days later. Fortunately there didn’t seem to be much crime in the area.
