The one-bedroom condo includes a mountain-view living area detailed with a gas fireplace, a TV, and a full-size sleeper sofa. The convenient kitchenette includes a fridge, sink, microwave, a two-burner electric stovetop, a coffee maker, and a toaster. Enjoy evening meals together at the dining table for four. The bedroom is configured with a king bed and a TV. Accessible from both the bedroom and living area, the bathroom holds a double vanity and a walk-in shower. A private mountain-view patio is ideal for morning coffee.

The studio offers a sleeping space detailed with two twin-over-twin bunk beds, each with a twin trundle, plus a writing desk, a coffee maker, and a smart TV for your convenience. Although this condo does not allow guest pets, the homeowner does have a pet that sometimes visits the property.
This vacation rental is located on the ground floor.
The Everline Resort & Spa charges a daily resort fee of $50 plus tax (subject to change) for each room of your stay in order to provide services and amenities that enhance the guest experience. This fee is charged as part of your reservation at the time of booking.

Additional parking fees apply, if applicable:

Visitor Valet $40/hr,
Visitor Self parking $30/hr.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
