Made up of a main house and a detached guest suite, this retreat offers plenty of space for your group. Spend the day exploring, then relax outside in the lush backyard and patio. Enjoy grilling out, sipping coffee, or simply lounging under an umbrella in the back.

With an open floor plan, the main house features one large living area perfect for entertaining, including a separate media room with a queen sofa-bed that can be closed off via pocket doors. Find two well-appointed bedrooms and a guest bathroom - the main suite includes an ensuite bathroom and access to the yard via French doors that open onto the deck. The full kitchen provides everything you'll need to whip up tasty meals for your group.

Outfitted with a private entrance, the detached guest suite provides a full bathroom and a TV.

A full-size crib is available for younger guests.
Compact fridge is available for use in the guest suite.
Amplified outdoor music is prohibited.
Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am.
All leases require a 30-day minimum rental.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
