This home is within walking distance of glittering Donner Lake and near miles of hiking and biking trails in nearby Coldstream Canyon and Negro Canyon. Within a short drive, you can hit the ski slopes at Sugar Bowl and Donner Ski Ranch or flit between the boutiques, historical sights, and local restaurants of downtown Truckee. After a day of exploration, rack up the pool table in the home's cozy living area, or share a family picnic on your private back deck.

The living space is full of Truckee charm, with wood-paneled walls and vintage ski decor. There's comfy seating between two sofas, an armchair, and a rocking chair. Spend the evening curled up with a book, watching movies on the 45' TV with a DVD Player, or rack up the pool table adjacent to the sitting area. Cook hearty meals in the well-equipped kitchen, outfitted with stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar.

Complimentary WiFi, cable TV, and a washer/dryer are provided.

During the winter months, parking multiple vehicles may be difficult. The driveway allows room for two compact vehicles or two full-size vehicles. No street parking is allowed overnight.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
