Downtown SLC studio in a newer building with great city/mountain views and easy access to the best of downtown. Close to City Creek, Temple Square, and the Salt Palace—plus quick drives to trails and the mountains for skiing, hiking, and biking.

The Space
Smart studio layout with a queen bed in the sleeping nook plus an Article sleeper sofa/daybed in the living area (sleeps 4). Guests also enjoy building amenities like the gym, BBQ, and shared common areas.

Optional indoor garage parking is available for $20/night and fits taller vehicles.

Other Things to Note

My June stay

I just enjoyed a week in SLC. The apartment is in a great location. The apartment is clean, comfortable, very quiet building. My only suggestion would be to add some information about the garbage program (recycling, date & location for the drop-off). I will come back.

Great place and location!

I came to Salt Lake to help my daughter get settled into her new place. This apartment was so close to everything I needed! It was very clean, and the bed was very comfortable. A bonus was a Nespresso machine for coffee! I would recommend staying here!Thank you very much!

A good place

Everything was nice and clean the kitchen had a wonderful supply of dishes, baking dishes, storage containets for left over food. I didnt like the studio asspect of it but I was desperate so we delt with it. Th one major thing would be the approximately 200 ft walk from unit to elevator. I had to make sevral trips we were not on vacation we were there for the hospital. So if you have a few items no biggie but if you have alot of stuff its a bit of a pain

Perfect Stay

The location is fantastic, just a short walk from many cafes, City Center, and more. The property is great, it was the perfect size for just me, but could fit a couple more guests with every amenity you could ask for. The host is delightful, responding in near-realtime to all of my inquires. Just a perfect stay! Thanks!

Perfect location, especially for hospital visits

I can’t say enough good things about my stay! Very comfortable space, super clean, thoughtfully decorated and stocked….really had everything one would need! Excellent communication with owner and was very helpful in assisting me with unexpectedly extending my stay into one of their other properties. With no car, I was able to easily navigate to many places on foot or a quick Uber…good central location. My trip was to help family in the hospital and I couldn’t have picked a better spot, very quick and easy access. As a female solo traveler, I felt very safe. Highly recommend!

Great SLC Stay

Had a great stay here for a few days in Salt Lake City, with one of my kids. This apartment is clean, well appointed and the building has great amenities, including a fitness center, hot tub and rec room. Our hosts provided a ton of detail and suggestions for local attractions and restaurants and the check-in/checkout process was very smooth. Would definitely recommend for a couple or small travelling party.

Nice studio!

The room was clean and pleasant to stay in. It was quiet and I slept very well which I don’t do in hotels due to noises. This is a pet friendly facility which was important to me and they even provided poop bags by the side entrance door. There is no view other than seeing balconies so if having a view of the city or mountains is important to you then this room is not for you. I used the room washer and dryer which was great to have and there were numerous TV options (e.g., Netflix, Hulu, etc) which I enjoyed. I would stay here again!

Great place!!

Great over all stay! Scooters were located near if not in front of this VRBO. Made it easy to get around. The host sent several recommendations for food, fun and necessary items!! Very attentive and quick to respond to messages! No problems. Would book this place again.
