Less than 2 miles to the Comal River Tube Chute, Schlitterbahn and 3 miles to downtown New Braunfels. Take in the live music, dancing, great food, shopping and antique shops during your stay. The Hidden Gem Event Center is on site.

This fully furnished 2-bedroom condo is on the 1st floor. There are 2 master suites with king size beds. Both bedrooms have cable, Smart TV and private en suite bathroom with deep soaking tub/shower combo. Premium linens and hotel size bathroom amenities provided. Fully equipped kitchen and washer and dryer for convenience. Pack and Play, board games and children's games provided. 2 communal charcoal grills (charcoal not provided). Comfortable seating in the living room with queen sofa sleeper, cable, Smart TV and Wi-Fi. The pool is open from 9 AM - 9 PM.

Host must be 25 years of age or older to make a reservation and must be staying at the property. This condo has a maximum occupancy of 6 guests. This maximum occupancy is not to be exceeded at any time. No daytime guests allowed. This property is dog friendly with a 2 dog maximum, 40lb max weight limit, at $25 per day per dog. 2 vehicles allowed. To comply with city and county short-term rental permit restrictions, the outdoor are of this complex is monitored by video camera. This rental includes accidental damage protection up to $1500.
