Welcome to your luxurious Nestique retreat at the Westgate Resort in Park City! This spacious one-bedroom villa spans 750 square feet and comfortably accommodates up to five guests.

Primary Suite | King Bed
This private primary suite is located off of the living area and has a luxuriously comfortable bed with a wall-mounted SmartTV. The en-suite bathroom features a step-in steam shower, a stacked-stone jetted tub, and a large vanity with double sinks. Use the large dedicated work desk in the primary suite for those who need to plug in and privately handle any business or work throughout the day.
Primary Living Room | Queen Sleeper Sofa & Twin Sleeper Sofa
For enhanced convenience, the living room includes two sleeper sofas within the space—one offering the spacious comfort of a queen-size bed, while the other provides a cozy twin-size arrangement—perfect for accommodating up to three guests in this inviting area. Here, you'll also find a striking stacked stone fireplace, a Smart TV for your streaming pleasures, and a charming patio, creating an enchanting ambiance for relaxation.
Ideally located, the Westgate Resort is a short walk from the Gondola at the base of Canyons Resort, surrounded by world-class restaurants, ski shops, bars, boutiques, and music at the Canyons Village. Main Street and iconic Deer Valley are just a 10-minute drive away, while Kimball Junction, offering additional dining options, cafes, retail stores, and a movie theater, is a quick 5-minute drive up the road.
