Beautifully remodeled, clean and updated. Spacious home with beautiful custom finishes. Sleeps up to 21 per night (8 queens, 4 twins, + sleeping mats). 6 bedrooms + loft, 3 full bathrooms, 2 large family rooms with 8 recliners and additional seating, large fully stocked kitchen with brand new appliances.

The Space:
Beautifully remodeled, clean and updated. Spacious home with beautiful custom finishes. Sleeps up to 21 per night (8 queens, 4 twins, + sleeping mats). 6 bedrooms + loft, 3 full bathrooms, 2 large family rooms with 8 recliners and additional seating, large fully stocked kitchen with brand new appliances and all of the small appliance you could possibly need (ask for specifics), island that seats 8 and dining table that seats an additional 8, plus folding tables and chairs in closet, open dining room, game room with pool table, ping pong, large kids play room, garage for your toys and use of our toys (bikes and paddle boat), BBQ (charcoal & gas), plenty of patio seating (sun and shade), beautiful yard w/ sprinkler system, fire pit, and yard games, WIFI TV, 60" smart TV. This home has many new upgrades including Central AC! Big Timber Inn is located on the golf course and does have tennis courts, Frisbee golf in addition to a gorgeous 9-hole course, driving range, pro shop all available for use (additional charges). Excellent location, very close to rivers, lakes, boating, hiking, biking, sight-seeing, abundance of wildlife, horseback rides, world renowned fishing, guided tours, hundreds of miles of groomed snowmobile trails in the winter and 4-wheeler trails in the summer, scenic floats, restaurants/bars, shopping, grocery, gas, and only 22 miles to Yellowstone National Park West Entrance. 10 minutes to Henry's Lake State Park and 16.4 miles to Harriman State Park. Also, very close to outdoor Recreational Rentals.

Great Place for Families

Our extended family of 16 enjoyed our stay in the Grizzly Den. We spent time in Yellowstone taking in the sights. West Yellowstone was great for shopping and dining. The golf course is right there. The cabin is spacious and provides entertainment with a pool table, ping pong table, video game, toys, and games. A grocery store is very close by to pick up things you forget to bring or decide you need. We were pleasantly surprised with the hot water supply.

Lots of Shoveling

Fun cabin. We arrived and it was completely snowed in and we had to shovel by hand for a few hours just so we could get inside/park vehicles. Advertised as including reclining furniture but none of them would connect to power, which made seating less comfortable. Property managers were quick to respond to messages and called the snow removal people to come. We had already spent considerable time shoveling my hand at that point. Overall it was a fun 2 night stay.

Grizzly Resort Stay

Home was clean and spacious for 8 adults and 6 small kids. Great location to off trail riding, kayaking, and Yellowstone. Home had most amenities and host responded to request and questions in a timely manner. Home also had a lot of toys and games. A few suggestions: 1) Fix the ice maker in the fridge. Had to go out and buy ice. 2) A/C wasn’t working upstairs as a result of icing on coils. Could not get fixed while we were there but fortunately the nights were not to hot. Just stuffy. 3) Add screen to upstairs game game room. Could be a hazard for small children that like to climb 4) provide layout of floor plan which would make room and bathroom assignments easier when planning. 5) provide blackout curtains in twin bedroom area since small children go down before sunset 6) no bar soap was provided in bathroom. Didn’t mention it on things to bring. This was our first experience in rental VRBO so overall it was great stay and we enjoyed the experience.

Grizzly Cabin

Over all the house was very clean. There were blankets in cupboard to put on beds. There were plenty of towels. There were however only 8 bathing wash rags in the entire house which isn't enough for the amount of people staying in home. There was wood for firepit which was a nice touch. There didn't seem to be alot of outlets in the house to plug in items. The ice maker was a nice touch unfortunately there was old water in the unit so we had to clean that unit out to use it. The BBQ grill was full of old grease so we cleaned it the best we could beforehand and after use. The smoke alarm started to chirp and Ty brought over new batteries and items required for stay. We did realize they were probably all changed at the same time and another one started chirping so I had a 9 volt battery we changed the other one in the downstairs hallway. The Exhaust fan in the downstairs bathroom needs to be replaced as it is very loud. The side porch light bulb burned out as did the front outside li

Great week in Island Park

This property fit our family of 9 adults and 5 children perfectly. The upstairs loft area provided a playroom for the children as well as a pool table and ms pacman/dig dig arcade machine that the adults enjoyed. The downstairs kitchen, dining area, and living space were comfortable. There was a pantry area where we could store our food and snacks off the cupboads. The bathrooms had a few minor maintenance items that just happen in homes. The air conditioning unit also didn't seem to be working. The neighbors were close and the backyard neighbors were pretty noisy late one of the evenings. Overall though it was a wonderful week in Island Park.

We had a great time. Grizzly Den was a good place to stay for a large group. The cabin itself was very clean. Some of the dishes had not been cleaned well by the previous renters. We would definitely consider staying there and again

The house worked very well for the size of our group (15). Disappointed that garage was advertised as recreation area and it was dirty. The small deep freeze was appreciated but it too was dirty.

Perfect for our family reunion

Very nice property that satisfied our family reunion needs. We enjoyed all the beds and space. The great room was nice for our large gathering. Only downside was only one bathroom upstairs. The listing was very accurate. Communication with management was excellent. We would be glad to stay again.

Family trip

We all had plenty of room all of us and plenty of beds. Great location for Yellowstone plus things to do in Island Park. Only wish we would have known about all of the mosquitoes.

Pleasant stay

We are totally 4 families stayed here for 3 days and maintain of the property was good and clean. They provided all the necessary utilities for kitchen and all the rooms are neat and comfortable. There are variety of toys for kids to enjoy in play room.

Snowmobiling party

Most of everything was great. The biggest problem we had was the master bedroom was very cold all the time. We could not seem to warm it up no matter what we tried. We did have an issue with a light not working but host was very good about getting someone there to fix it. All in all I would say it was an enjoyable stay.

We loved staying here, the house was clean and enough bedding for 21 of us. The pool table and ping pong table were a hit as was the hot tub. we really enjoyed our stay thank you

Wonderful

We absolutely loved this gorgeous house. The pool table was a great attraction. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans and dishes. There were no spices and pantry items but that was fine as we had brought our own. We enjoyed the outdoor fire pit and the back yard for the kids wiffle ball game. Thank you!!
