Your perfect getaway with family and friends starts with a Tram ride to the Private Dock that consists of a Boat House and Swim platform set up for Fun and Relaxation. It includes a boat slip for up to a 24 ft boat, Water Trampoline, Lilly Pad, Whale Tales, Floaties, Kayaks, Stand Up Paddle Boards, plus Tubes with Ropes to pull behind your boat. While your hanging out at the dock you will enjoy the Full Size Fridge, comfortable outdoor furniture and stereo system with Bluetooth to play your tunes. Before you get to the dock you will find an amazing home and cabin. Together they combine for over 6100 sq. ft of living space with tons of windows and gorgeous views. Large decks to relax on. Spacious Premium Kitchen with huge island that includes a Beverage Center & Ice Machine which makes it great for entertaining. In the Lake house there are Two Master Bedrooms with King Beds and Private Baths. Two Queen Rooms, one with Full bunks and a Bunk Room with 4 Queen beds that sleeps 8. While in the cabin you will find two private suites. The Upper Cabin Suite is a Queen Studio with Full Kitchen, Pvt Bath, and Living area that includes a Queen Murphy Bed. The Lower Cabin Suite has 2 Queen Beds, Pvt Bath, Couch, Coffee Bar, Mini Fridge & Microwave. You will enjoy the Fire Pit Area with the lake as a backdrop. Outdoor cooking area includes Blackstone Griddle, Large Weber Gas Grill & Pellet Smoker! The game room has foosball, shuffleboard a large reclining sectional and more! A truly great place for the kids to hang out during the day and adults to have some fun at night!

4 Family Fun

We rented for a long weekend with kids and grandkids. The weather cooperated and was perfect for tubing and boating. The house is great. The owners have provided lots of little extras. The tram was especially helpful for getting to the dock, especially a three-year-old!Thanks for making this home available to rent!

Family Vacation

Property is in a great location. Really enjoyed the house and covered boat dock. Lots of things to do on the water with such easy access.

The house was perfect. Clean and so many extra touches we didn’t expect. ( like jar of gummy bears, bucket of lotion and bug spray, s’mores kit…)Loved all the water toys, some fished, some kayaked, some paddle boarded, even when it rained we had a great time in the game room. Couldn’t have asked for a better place. We all will cherish this time we got to spend with our elderly parents (grandparents). Ages 22-93

Great place!

We loved our weekend at Grand Lake! The house was perfect for our group celebrating my 50th birthday. The kitchen had everything we needed along with the grill and blackstone on the deck. Additionally, we loved floating off of the dock.

Family Gathering

Walkway to the dock was steeper than anticipated. The dock and lake toys was great. Having a refrigerator on the dock was an added plus. The living area was nice for a family group, we enjoyed it all.

Wonderful time!!

What a great property!!! We really enjoyed the beautiful kitchen and using the black stone! Swimming off the dock and the lily pad and kayaking were definitely highlights of the trip!! The hosts were super easy to work with. Thanks for a wonderful weekend!

Family getaway

Beautiful home and very comfortable. Very well equipped and numerous amenities that many would not bother with…like supplying a s’mores box, grills and Blackstone griddle. The kids lived down at the dock swimming and fishing. Loved it!

Great July 4th spot!

This house was perfect for our whole family! Plenty of beds and great living spaces. We loved all the extra touches like drinks in the fridge and sparklers for the kids. The boat house and dock were fantastic! The kids played all day on the huge lily pad. Shawn, from two doors down, even brought over a huge bag of fish so we could have a fish fry!

Perfect lake getaway

The house was much more than we expected: cabinets stocked, up-to-date appliances, large, comfy beds, spacious living area. Highly recommend. We are hoping for a return visit next summer. The only difficulty was the stairs to the dock for the two elders. The dock and swimming area was a real bonus. It was a great getaway!

We will come again!

This lake house was perfectly designed for large families. The bathrooms were big, the tables were big, and the dock was amazing. The host was incredibly responsive when I had a question. The beds were very comfortable. The only negative (if I had to search) was that there were not a ton of towels, so consider bringing your own if you have kiddos that run through them :)

Family reunion

We all just loved this property. It was so clean and well supplied. The kitchen is huge and beautiful. We cooked with 5 or more people in the kitchen. All the bedrooms are spacious and plenty of sleeping options. We used all 20 beds. The boat house is awesome for boating fishing and swimming. The newly added game room was a big hit. Jason is a great host and very friendly. We will be coming back to this place. Gary

Fantastic Lake Weekend with Family

Perfect house for a large family (16 of us). Everything was provided down to the smores! This home was clean, well equipped, and the view was beautiful! We have rented large homes before, but this one was outstanding. Jason provided all kinds of water "toys". We kayaked, fished, swam from the dock, and floated on the lily pad. Our crew rented a boat and enjoyed using the green tube and dragon. The kitchen had every appliance and the ice machine was well used. We met the owner and know he and his wife have put a lot of thought into what people want with their rental. Highly recommend this property!

PERFECT House for Big Groups

We had a fantastic stay in Wolf Point for a long weekend with 14 friends. Jason was extremely helpful on keeping us informed before and during the check-in process. He was super communicative throughout, and even recommended a taxi service to use (heads up, Uber isn't a thing here). The house was as close to perfect as you can get for sharing with a group of friends. But the best part of all was the dock boathouse. We had a lilly pad, paddle boards, a inflatable trampoline, and so many other fund lake activities at our disposal. The boat house had a fridge which came in very handy. The double deck outdoor living area was awesome and very spacious. The main indoor living was great for making dinner and hanging out with the whole group. Good mix of bedroom and sizes for groups of all different makeups. The location is somewhat remote - it's probably 10-15 minutes from any sit-down restaurant (we went to Drunken Rooster, which we'd recommend). We would have golfed two days but there's only one course within about a 30 minute drive. Overall, location isn't too big of a deal if you just want to hang at the lake.

New Favorite Spot

Fantastic Place for a large group. This place is really incredible. The Dock is a show stopper - Boat House with open slip for our boat, Indoor seating area that opens out to swim dock and they provided huge Lilly Pad, Kayaks, water saddles, & floaties. We had so much fun hanging out at the dock, it was terrific. The Kitchen is So Nice & so well furnished with top notch appliances. Beverage Center is great, not having to fill up the main fridge with our drinks was a real plus. Ice Machine is fantastic. The Outdoor Grilling area is over the top - Huge Webber Gas Grill, BlackStone Griddle, & Pellet Smoker all worked amazing. We did not eat out once during our stay. The decks are spacious with terrific seating options. The Bedrooms are extremely nice with super nice bedding and comfy mattresses throughout - everyone raved about how well they slept! Bunk Room is super cool for kids or adults. We enjoyed the FirePit Area made even better by the provided S’more Kit. Jason and Gretchen thought of everything and No complaints what so ever - can’t wait to go back!

Amazing Home

A group of 5 gals wanted a short vacation with us each having our own bedrooms and several bathrooms. We really lucked out on this place. From the moment we stepped in we felt at home. Spacious, very clean, a kitchen with everything you would ever need, 2 decks that we spent hours on enjoying the lake view, dock with lots of swimming floaties. Will definitely be back.

Home away from Home

Jason was wonderful to.work with . He thought of everything and had something for all.ages. The house Is beautifuly decorated and there is loads of space. Outside both decks overlooked the lake and had nice furnishing with 2 grills and a Blackstone. If you are looking for a awesome family lake spot this is it!
