Great location

The house was perfect for our family. Easy access to ESPN (we were there for cheer competition) and Disney! The shuttles have limited times to and from the park, but we were able to Uber easily.

Spring break Disney trip

I have nothing but great things to say about this property. From its close location to the parks, to the heated pool, to the game room. Outstanding stay, outstanding neighborhood. Ill be back next year.

Great experience

This property was clean, centrally located, and had easy access to all parks. The shuttle was tricky and a bit restrictive so we ended up using Uber more than we planned but would definitely stay there again.

Home Away From Home

Very comfortable stay for our family. Clean house and had everything we needed for our stay. Prompt response from host when I had questions. The private pool and spa was perfect! Highly recommend to pay the extra to heat them. The backside of the house view is a highway. It is a distance away, but you can hear the highway noise. From the house to the Encore resort, you do have to cross a busy road. The walk is easy or you can drive there too and park. We enjoyed our time at the resort relaxing by the pool. The food/drink selection was great.

Lovely home

The house was clean and the rooms were spacious. There was a delay turning on the pool heat but it was rectified promptly and they refunded us for one day of pool heat for our inconvenience. Only down side was the kitchen wasn’t very well stocked, no bottle or wine opener, and the house backs a very busy road so that was a bit noisy.

Amazing house

Everything was great about the house - only issues are below. Although bath towels are provided Extra bath towels would have been nice - i ended up buying 6 at Walmart. We had nine people staying and there was plenty of space. Washer machine cleaning towels didn't do the best job spinning out or draining. Otherwise it was fine. Convenient location & wonderful house and property.

Only one major complaint.

The last night of our stay, one of the younger children was shocked by the electrical cord to the air hockey table. The wire was cut at some point and was put together leaving exposed wire.

5 First Timer’s

We had a fantastic time during our stay. The house was great. Plenty of room and centrally located for all parks. Kids loved the pool. A couple of things to mention which did not take away from our vacation at all There were two bicycles provided for use (both had flat tires and no pump) There was supposed to be a grill provided ( no grill but we did have grill tools) Ping pong table provided (we had paddle’s and ball but no net) 4-slice toaster provided ( only 2 slots work) Supposed to have hot tub heater ( never seemed to work) Once again none of these caused any problem we all had a great time. Thanks

Gate entrance

It was horrible getting in the gated complex. When registering, they neglected to tell us we needed a code to get in. We had to ring every time we return back to the place to have the gates opened and wait for quite a while before someone opened them... The day before we were leaving, we found out that there's a code... Evidently we were not the only ones not aware of this, for there were backups at the gate. Trying to turn from a very busy/congested road to entrance could pose a potental hazard. The pool was great! The alarm to get to the pool was very annoying, it went off every time the door opened, or if it wasn't closed completely. house was nice, but had a lot of little damages, I took 95 picture of damages that we didn't cause and could have taken more (I didn't want to be billed for damages we didn'tcause).

Horrible- do not stay here!!

This house was canceled 9 days before my families Disney Vacation. The property manager offered another house on same street, I already had park tickets and couldn’t cancel. So I took the house. We couldn’t get in the gate- had to go across the street. The kitchen had a dead roach on counter, there were ants in kitchen and master bath. The absolute worst thing was the noise from the highway!! It was awful!!! All you could hear were cars, trucks, and sirens all night long!!!! My entire family couldn’t sleep, with the exception of my father who wears hearing aids and can’t hear. The property manager finally got back to me after 2 emails and 3 voicemails, they offered to send out pest control that’s it. We were in the house for less than 25 hours and had to find somewhere else to stay ( not easy in Disney). I have been to over 30 rental houses and never left a review. So please take my warning!!! Do not rent this house or anything on this street!!!
