Welcome to Bamboo 223! This awesome condo is located directly on beautiful Bradenton Beach.

** Please note that due to storm damage, both the pool and elevator are currently out of order. At this time, access to the condo is only available via the stairs. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding as repairs are underway.**

Enjoy amazing panoramic Gulf of Mexico sunsets from your private 100 sq ft lanai overlooking a large heated swimming pool. This condo is part of a small complex located right on the beach-no streets to cross- with a view of the Gulf. Best suited for a maximum of 2 adults with a King size bed. There is also a small futon for up to 2 more small children.

You will love the direct view onto the beach where you may even see a dolphin or two! Many restaurants are close by and the free island trolley shuttle stops right in front of the complex to take you anywhere else on the island. This is a great spot for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, or small families.

PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION TERMS WHEN BOOKING ON VRBO

At the time of booking your credit card will be charged by Shore Thing Property Services LLC for your deposit payment. You will also see a separate charge by VRBO for their service fee.

We require 25% deposit with the final payment due 60 days prior to your arrival date. Full payment will be due immediately if the arrival date is within 60 days.

Although the VRBO policy states no refunds, we will refund in the event that you need to cancel your reservation prior to 60 days before your arrival date. We will implement our Shore Thing Properties cancellation policy as indicated on the rental agreement. This allows for a refund of the deposit paid minus a $250 cancellation fee and the original management fee. Within 60 days of arrival there are no refunds.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

House keeping will provide you with a starter supply of toilet paper, soap, and garbage bags, but guests will likely need to replenish the supply during their stay.

Gorgeous ocean and sunset views from the balcony, affordable, clean grounds/pool area. Good location, about 20 minute walk to bridge St and similar to publix grocery store.The unit itself was clean and had most of what you require for your stay (cups/plates, utensils). The quantity and cleanliness of towels and linens was excellent.The floor could've used a vacuum as there was sand everywhere upon arrival, like it wasn't vacuumed. Everything in the unit worked except the tv remote was spotty and the beach loungers should be thrown out as they were broken/collapse in on you (mentioned in another review). It could use a new paint job everywhere and new lighting/plumbing fixtures, a deadbolt on the door would go a long way for feeling more safe, although we didn't have any issues it wasn't ideal from that perspective, especially with the deteriorating interior hotel like swing lock and a regular key handle. There is no oven or dishwasher which was fine for us but may not be for others. There are no parking passes and with the limited number of spots and random people parking to go to the beach it would've been better to have a pass with more patrolling/control.

The room was clean, the location & view is terrific! If your top priority is a beach view on the beach this is a great location. It is a great room for a couple. KIng sized bed was comfortable. Since this trip was for myself and a long time friend we adjusted and shared the bed. The extra "bed" was a small futon that could lay flat but neither of us would have considered sleeping on it, maybe in our twenties when comfort was less of a priority.

The pool and elevator are out of order! Beware before you book.

The pool and elvators have been out of order for quite some time now, since the hurricane to be exact which was last year. This is not mentioned in the details, we only found out a week before our stay. We were offered 3 other places, none of which were facing the beach, which besides having a pool is a must. We were not even offered a discount. I tried contacting the owner through vrbo and she never responded. It is run by a management company called shoreline property. We worked hard all year to go on vacation and to not have a pool is crazy when it is clearly advertised. Very unhappy will never stay there again but will go back to Anna Maria island..Do Not Stay Here, they are deceptive and will not even give you a discount. The building is run down and no place to spray off the sand when going back to room. The office at Club Bamboo is empty, no one is on the property. BEWARE dont get scammed like we did.

Very nice condo near the beach.

My husband and I booked our vacation with A Shore Thing Vacations. We really enjoyed our stay! The condo was nicely decorated, very clean, and close to the beach and shopping areas.

Awesome location

Loved being right on the beach. Beautiful views. Wonderful having a kitchen with a large refrigerator. Plenty of bedding for the couch for our daughter to sleep. And Plenty of towels. Pool was fabulous and clean. Didn't like how the AC did not work well. We like a cool room and it never really got cool til early morning. There were little bugs in the kitchen. We had to put all pantry items in the fridge because of the bugs.

Beautiful view, central location

The condo is certainly dated and a bit worn, but it was clean and comfortable, and just fine for a 4 day stay. The beach & view are wonderful. Had everything we needed except for plates so make sure to buy paper plates if you plan to eat in. The shower had plenty of hot water and great water pressure. This section of beach was less busy than other spots, very nice! Would stay again!

Best location!

We loved our room(studio). loved our view even more. The beach was beautiful, clean, uncrowded. However, there were a few things needing improvement. The air conditioner did not work. There was only one dinner plate, and one garbage bag for a whole week.

Steps away from beach

Great location only steps away from the beach. Close to a trolly stop. Perfect size for 2 people. Easy to access the property. Property manager was quick to respond to emails.

Very outdated

Let me start with the positive. The view was WONDERFUL. The pool was adequate and actually cool enough to be refreshing which isn't always the case in the summer in Florida, however, it was very dirty. Sand, bugs, and tree debris all in it. I do understand that we were there the weekend after Hurricane Idalia, but it was very obvious it had not been vacuumed in quite some time. The AC in the unit is terrible. We were there early September and the temps were on the milder side. I cannot imagine staying there in the hotter months. A box fan was provided and even with this box fan running and the AC as low as it would go, the only comfortable place in the unit was on the bed. I had my infant with me and had to place the fan directly on her crib if she was in it so she didn't overheat through the night. Also, there is no ventilation in the small bathroom, so privacy goes out the window because you can't shut the door without almost overheating. It is obvious there have been zero renovations done to this building in a long time. I am writing this review because I feel duped by the reviews I read prior to booking this room and don't want others to have the experience I did.

A walk on the white Sandy beach

Enjoyed the long walks on the white cool powdery sands. The sunset each night was incredible. Dined on the patio overlooking the waves and beach goers. Enjoyed exploring the island and finding shells on the beaches. The turtles were on the beach at night so each day there were more areas taped off where they laid their eggs. This was a nice getaway that I would happily return to.
