Heated Private pool, spacious gameroom with five king bedrooms.

The whole group will enjoy easy access to downtown Gatlinburg from this spacious house located 1.5 miles from the strip. You will have your own seasonal heated private pool, hot tub, and game room to have hours of fun without ever leaving!
The kitchen is equipped with a chef's double oven with plenty of seating for the entire group. The house has 2 living rooms and 2 sleeper sofas. It also has a kid's area with an additional twin over full bunk bed. Each bedroom has its own king bed with new memory foam mattresses. This property is great for groups and families!

When booking this home, you will be provided a starter pack of supplies. We provide 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 2 dishwasher pods, a small bottle of dish soap, 2 laundry pods, travel sized shampoo and body wash, 2 trash bags, and a pack of coffee. The coffee maker is a standard drip coffee maker if you would like to bring your favorite brand. All additional supplies needed will be the guest's responsibility.
We also provide towels for showering. If you would like additional towels for the pool and hot tub, please bring your own.

Where do I begin this house is huge and has plenty of space for a family lots of entertainment areas.the game room was a hit with the kids neighborhood was quite kitchen was big and beautiful the hosts were very nice and replied quickly we would stay here again and again

The house was as expected. It gave everyone what they needed. Everyone wanted to bring the kitchen stove home. The game room was a hit. The bubble hockey game will probably be in are grandson’s future. The pool was used everyday. The hot tub was used but something happened the third night and it stopped heating. But we used the pool, The master suit being down stairs was excellent choice. Some decided to stay at house and some adventured out.

We had a great trip with 4 adults, one teenager and one child. The location is great at about 5 minutes from downtown. You can hear the road noise from the house, but other than that it's pretty peaceful. The driveway is a little steep but paved so it's easy to navigate. The house was spacious and mostly clean. The kids and adults all enjoyed the game room. More sand is needed for the shuffleboard and there are only 2 usable pool sticks. The pool and hot tub were great to have available. The hot tub was clean, but the pool was not. It's kind of tough to keep up with tree dirt, which is understandable. The pool net is in bad shape with lots of holes so it made it hard to try to clean the floating debris. We were disappointed that the pool heater did not work except for one day of our stay. The pool area definitely could use some TLC, but if you just want to get wet and cool off, it serves the purpose. The AC took a while to cool the house when we got there, but we were comfortable once it did. The host was very responsive to our messages when we reached out about issues with the AC and pool. He sent the HVAC and pool people out to address the issues immediately. The highlight of our trip were the daily bear visits! While we were there, a bear drank out of the pond, went for a dip in the pool and hung out on the deck. It was an amazing thing to see.

TLC needed

We loved the spacious rooms. The game room great for our rain days. Kitchen, loved the range. Needed bigger pots for large group. Maybe second slow cooker. The frig had 2 broke shelves, duct tape to the rescue. The kitchen faucet needs replaced, Again duct tape. Bathrooms were missing or loose drawer fronts. A few floor issues. Everyone loved the king beds and baths. The pool area is in rough shape. Needs to be addressed. Broken, missing drain covers, broke concrete around pool. The pool is leaking, heater not working. We had to add water daily so not to damage pump. The outside areas are in dire need of TLC . Trash and broken stuff in yard area by pool and hot tub. The back porch area with the sofas not really usable. Very dirty cushions. Trash pickup minimal. We ran out of room. It is a very spacious house, we had lots of room for all. The place over all needs some TLC. We loved seeing the mama bear and her 3 cubs, playing in the little pond. Not so much bear on deck. LOL Sorry this is a bit long. Overall we had a nice stay with family, we made do.

Huge house

The house is large and the beds were very comfortable. The kids loved the game room and the kitchen/stove were both large and nice. The deck was good size and the hot tub was also a big hit (it was too cold for us to use the pool). The overall house cleanliness was average at best. The TVs were confusing and the heat/AC always seemed to be a struggle.

Family Vacation

The first morning of being in the cabin there was a sewage back up and they were ableto accommodate the entire family to another cabin with as little inconvenience as possible! Would stay again at any of their homes

Gatlinburg trip

Wonderful Getaway

We had a wonderful time, and plan to be back. Place was HUGE so much space for our family to spread out and enjoy our time without having to be on top of each other. Super close to downtown, food close by, and easy to find! Host was easy to contact and timely with responses. Warning: when they say beware of bears, they aren’t kidding! We saw so many (which we enjoyed and got us a lot of excited) and even one in my van! Lock your doors! Enjoyable trip.

Great house

This is a great house for a large multi family vacation. Very large with plenty of room for everyone. We really enjoyed the outdoor seating for morning coffee and even had a bear come on the property two separate times that we saw. Great location. Convenient to downtown Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Would definitely recommend.

Great place!

This is such a great place to stay!! Dan was very helpful and responded to our messages within 30 minutes. We absolutely loved our stay and will stay again when we revisit Gatlinburg!

Fantastic stay and spacious!

The property really worked well for what we needed. We had friends joining us from various locations. Well given instructions on locations and instructions regarding our check-in. Considering Fall being the time of season, no one expected the property to be spotless. The house accomodated 8 adults. We had plenty of room for everyone and the kitchen was fabulous. I did come prepared with extra dish towels and dish cloths, plus extra dishwasher tabs. I always pack extra's of everything. Enjoyed being close to all the activities, even enjoyed zip lining for the first time. We also encountered our first bear, but realized he was more scared of me than I was of him. I'm ready to go back the first chance I get.

Great stay for family reunion

Had a great stay with family that drove in from various locations. Centrally located to downtown Gatlinburg and the Smokey Mountain park. Plenty of bathrooms and bedrooms to go around. Great commutation with owners, fixed the few problems we had very fast. Game room was fun and used by everyone, big kitchen with lots of seating which was excellent.

Awesome cabin!

The cabin was amazing. We loved the fact that the driveway was not terribly steep and it had plenty of space for everyone and the kitchen was great as well. There were plenty of pans, utensils, and other necessary kitchen items for us to make meals during our stay. The fridge was huge! The pool and hot tub were great, as well as all the games in the game room. My kids were a little disappointed that the deer shooting game did not work but we played all other games and used the poker table for card games. Overall, we are very satisfied!

Great family getaway

Overall this house was perfect for our large party. The game room was a huge hit. The house was very spacious with fairly large bedrooms and all king size beds. All making it very convenient for our entire family. The kitchen was just a large as it was depicted in the pictures, although not a very well stocked kitchen I will say. It was pretty sparse on things like baking sheets, certain cooking utensils etc. the grill was very nice to have although not the cleanest. The outdoor space with the pool and hot tub were beautiful. Downside was that the pool was not heated which made it a little less enjoyable and there were a few minor issues with the pool… but the owners were very responsive about sending out the pool company on multiple occasions. The house is very conveniently located 5 minutes from downtown Gatlinburg and a 20 or so minute drive into pigeon forge. We did have a couple incidents with insects in the bathrooms (although you will have that in the woods) which the owner was also very responsive and sent out an exterminator right away. All minor issues aside would recommend house and definitely would consider staying again if revising Gatlinburg.

Amazing

We had a wonderful stay. We loved that all the rooms are big and all the beds are comfortable which makes it easy to share with a big family. The kids and adults enjoyed the game room! Location was perfect for getting into the Smokies for hiking and getting to Dollywood without much traffic. Be sure to pack your own pool towels if you plan to hit the waterpark in the summer or don't want to use your bath towels for the hot tub/pool at the house.

Hi, Our names are Dan and Jenna. We were born and raised in East Tennessee and have always loved Gatlinburg and The Smoky Mountains! We have been married for 19 years and have four children. We enjoy traveling and spending time together as a family! Our daughters play volleyball, so we spend most of our afternoons watching them play! We love to go to Gatlinburg and eat at our favorite restaurants and enjoy the beautiful mountains.

We own long term rentals and decided to venture into the short term rental market. After a very short time as hosts, we decided to continue to grow our business in Gatlinburg. We love being hosts and enjoy interacting with our guests. We know as a family with multiple children how important vacations are and strive for all of our guests to have a wonderful experience in Gatlinburg.
