The River Lodge

The River Lodge sleeps up to 16 people! Brand new! Bring the whole family, or multiple families, to this great place with lots of room for fun.

The River Lodge (4 bedrooms and two lofts) sleeps up to 16 guests and has four bathrooms with walk in showers. The open and spacious floor plan contains a large kitchen and dining area with enough seating for 16+ people.

Answers to frequently asked questions:
-We do not allow pets
-The Riv is located 5 minutes south of Camp Wood, Texas.
-Sleeping arrangements:
4 bedrooms (two rooms with king beds, two rooms with two double beds)
2 lofts, each with 2 day beds and 2 pullout beds
4 bathrooms (one which is handicap accessible)
Living room with sectional couch and TV
-The kitchen is stocked with kitchenware
-Gas range/oven
-Microwave
-Refrigerator and freezer
-Stacked washer & dryer
-Propane bbq and a wood bbq outside
-Must be 21 years old to reserve and an adult must be present during the rental period.
-Maximum of 16 tenants
-Only tenants of The Riv Resort are allowed on the property and have access to the river.
-Fire pits are on site. Firewood can be purchased from us as you request it.
-The River Lodge is a one or two minute walk to the river and is adjacent to our six cabins.
-You can rent kayaks, paddle boards , and tubes from us, as long as we have timely notice (a few days). First come first served, since we have limited amounts.
-You can reserve one of our three riverfront pavilions for your own private and shaded area on the river, or one of our two private docks as long as we have timely notice (a few days). First come first served, since there are limited quantities. When reserving, you can specify which pavilion or dock you want, or one will be assigned.
-We have 6 cabins, 2 cottages, and another lodge that can be rented as well. The entire resort is available to rent for full privacy. Contact us if you would like to add more buildings to your rental.
