It has been freshly redone an it features a softly lit, under the house deck, with swings, hemocks, sand box, toys, chairs and outdoor eating space. The sunsets are relaxing and absolutely stunning. Perfect for our family

This cottage was a perfectly cozy fit for our family. Absolutely loved our stay, and the sunset views were stunning. Everything we needed and more. Would stay again for sure!

This was such a quiet and serene spot for an end-of-summer family beach getaway. We enjoyed playing in the water behind the property. We used both kayaks and the paddleboard. The kids loved the sandbox under the house when it rained. This is the perfect spot for a variety of ages to enjoy.

Perfect beach house. Updated interior a big plus with comfy couches for family movie night. 3 bedrooms and one bathroom. Kitchen and living room well laid out. The deck overlooking bay makes for relaxing sunsets. Kitchen well stocked for cooking, with Food Lion and Sunrise Seafood Store conveniently nearby.

Excellent house.

Great location on the sound. Well decorated and equipped with everything you need. Only downside was the one bathroom. Might be an issue for more than four people. Would definitely stay again.

Sunsets on the Outer Banks

Very nice and cozy home away from home right on the sound. House is very clean, neat, comfortable and has everything you need for a relaxing stay at the beach. We enjoyed watching the beautiful sunsets from the large back deck.

wonderful sunset cottage!

our stay here was so lovely, the house was stocked with absolutely everything you could possibly need! the location was perfect and allowed for such relaxation, very clean. the check in process was so simple and the owner’s were so reachable!! would definitely stay here again had so much fun!

A Smooth and Charming Stay

An excellent VRBO vacation, the site was as described and the check in / check out process was smooth. My party and I enjoyed our time here and would definitely visit again. We enjoyed our a convenient access to local establishments and peaceful residential neighborhood. Fishing in the sound was very exciting, as well as driving on the beach with an ORV pass.

Beautiful stay

The waterfront location is just beautiful on this property. Inside it’s as described and the underground snug area is perfect for escaping the mid afternoon heat and/or an evening. Just take bug spray. Lots of it! Overall we loved our stay. Would 100% recommend

Very Nice!

Very clean, cute and comfortable for our family of 5. We enjoyed playing in the sound (fishing, kayaking and paddle boarding), the morning views, and the amazing sunsets. We rented bikes and a golf cart to get to to the beach and back each day.

You will not be disappointed

The house was very clean and you can tell well taken care of. The covered porch below was perfect rain or shine, and it lights up at night. The amenities like kayak, fishing poles and paddle board are nice activities to be able to do. Can not beat being on the water, highly recommend.

Take my money!!

We absolutely loved this property!! It was beautiful, clean, fully stocked with everything you needed to cook or grill (good quality too, not someone’s leftover campfire pan). The beds were comfortable and the bedroom windows overlooked the water. I literally could live on the deck and just stare at the view. The enclosed deck under the house is great (except for the mosquitoes). I can’t say enough good things about this place.

Beautiful getaway on the Sound

This house did not disappoint. It was beautifully decorated and completely stocked with anything that you would need. We enjoyed the kayaks and paddle board that came with the house. The best part of the house was the underneath. We spent many hours down there relaxing and playing games. We are already planning our next vacation.

We love transformation! This cottage was our "project" . Its also our little hopeful "get away", but we want to share it with you as well. we know that you will love this space and you will want to come back. it has a homey feel and one that will make you feel relaxed and comfortable.

You will love this property because it is cozy and inviting. it is very quiet and and the sunsets are the best on the island. The featured lower deck gives you a space outside with a play area that protects you should you have wind or rain during your stay. It is both child and adult friendly. There is a boat ramp just around the corner from us if y'all would like to bring a boat to drop in the sound.

It is a water front property with sand area by the water. It also has a private outside deck featuring an eating area, porch swings, hammocks & play area. Also an outdoor shower under the house. Perfect Place for kite surfing. There is a public access boat ramp around the corner,, 2/10 of a mile
