This stylish place to stay is perfect for family or small group trips. Relax in the large open lofted living room. Play air hockey on the pro table, lounge on the Juliet balcony. Watch TV on the two 4k 55' smart TVs, or cook a large meal in the full sized kitchen. This space was made for hangouts and relaxing to the max. Located close to everything in Murfreesboro. MTSU, the new sports complex, soccer fields, baseball fields, outdoor trails, The Civil War Stones River Memorial battleground and so much more.

Home away from Home

The Primm Loft is a beautiful open space that is tastefully decorated and extremely clean. The host is always friendly, approachable and very accommodating ! It is a wonderful place to stay!

Will stay again!

Our family enjoyed our stay in the comfy loft space. The air hockey table was a great amenity for the kids! Quiet neighborhood close to many restaurants and other shopping. We will definitely stay here again if we are traveling to Murfreesboro again!

Great place to stay. Perfect for our trip. The boys enjoyed the loft space and the air hockey. The space was very nice. Nic was great! We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful First visit to Murfreesboro

The loft guest house was perfect . We felt welcome and comfortable. The space was clean, private, and beautifully decorated.Really enjoyed meeting Nic. Great place to stay!!

Soccer Weekend!

Family friendly

We had a wonderful stay! Our children loved the air hockey table and beds in the loft! While we enjoyed the other amenities that made our stay so comfortable. Owners were easy to communicate with and checking in and out was a breeze.

Very nice space! Lots of room for our family of 4 and had all the comforts of home. We spent most of our trip at Nashville Superspeedway and it was nice to come back to a cool, clean, place to relax. Good restaurants are a short drive away. We loved the friendly cats outside that greeted us. Our boys really loved the loft area with a fan by each bed, lights, and outlets for their devices. They didn’t want to come down. And when they did, it was to battle at the air hockey table. Would definitely stay again if we return to the area.

Loved our stay here!

This rental was exactly as described! Nic & Christy were amazing hosts! They provided great instructions and communication was awesome! The place was very clean and the perfect size for us. We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely repeat our stay if we return to the area! Highly recommend giving this a place a stay!

Soccer Weekend

Perfect place for our weekend soccer tournament. Great location, quiet, great setup, and comfortable. Super close to the fields. Steam shower was amazing. Kids loved the area and the setup.

Charming loft

The loft is very clean and charming. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was conveniently located to where we needed to go while in town. The hosts were very welcoming and communicated well. We saw a few beautiful sunsets from the big window in the living room.

This house is a real gem. We stayed there for soccer tournament for our kids, the host responds to any request or concern immediately. It is beautifully furnished and has great amenities from laundry to WiFi to AC and dishwasher. Everything is well thought. Super clean and comfy. One bedroom has 2 king size, sleeps 4. 2 twin size beds are at the loft not to comfy but are ok to sleep in. We will come back again. Thank you!

BEST place to stay.

Amazing place to stay! Clean and comfy top to bottom! Hosts were friendly and extremely responsive. The only caution I would give someone planning to stay here…prepare to be late starting your day because you WILL NOT want to get out of that amazing shower! LOL We will definitely use this property for all our future visits to Murfreesboro!

Lovely roomy loft!

We loved the area, super quiet neighborhood. The place was very nice and clean. Great place for our family to stay the weekend. We went into Nashville everyday and it was only a half hour drive. The air hockey table was a nice addition for all of us to play. Oh, and the shower! Everyone loved the steam shower!

Hi ya'll! We moved to Nashville 18 years ago from the Northwest and absolutely love it here. Along with our 4 boys, we love to travel, go to baseball games, hike, swim and enjoy all the things music city has to offer. We settled in Murfreesboro 3 years ago and have just loved living in the laid back area. Nic is a General Contractor and Christy is a real estate agent and we spend most of our time raising our boys and working odd hours.

We moved to this house 3 years ago and fell in love with the property. We have built a Skate Ramp for our boys to play on and a golf course and baseball field. It's a boy paradise that we refer to as "Willy World." The apartment that we refer to as The Primm Loft was a vision since we moved in and it has been a labor of love to finish it to what it is now. We love people and getting to know guests. You never know who your next best friend will be.
