Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Fully remodeled and ready for guest. Placed inside the city limits of Concord NC. close to the home of Nascar, Charlotte Motor Speedway, Charlotte dirt track, ZMax Dragway. Close to Concord Mills Mall and PNC Music Pavilion. 12 miles to the Carolina Renaissance Festival. 6 miles from Cabarrus Arena and Event Center. From 2-30 miles there over 100 wineries and breweries to visit from this home
We do except dogs for an extra $75. The property is not fully fenced so leashes are recommended and one is provided. The fee will be automatically added when the box is checked under amount of traveler's section. We also have a vehicle on Turo if you are interested let me know.

This is our third stay and we absolutely the cleanliness along with the many special touches even down to Christmas tissue wrapped in green tissue paper! It is the perfect size for is and we love all the extras in snacks, fresh fruit and flowers!! Getting in and out is super easy and accessible!! The hosts are always available and responsive when questions arise. They could lead classes on how to be the BEST hosts for VRBO!!!! It is VERY cozy!! We look forward to booking again!!

The cottage is named exactly right “COZY”. It is very nicely furnished, clean and comfortable.I happened to be there in the fall and it was decorated with seasonal decorations. A very cute addition.Would I stay here again? Oh yes, in a heartbeat.

We stayed here for my daughter’s wedding. Convenient to get to downtown Concord. House was very clean. We could have gotten by without bringing anything. They provided a thank you bag of goodies, coffee, etc.

This easy to access home was absolutely amazing! The house was very clean and the host went above and beyond to make sure it was a welcoming and wonderful stay. This home was by far the best we have stayed at! It was a very easy drive to Charlotte Motor Speedway. We look forward to staying here again next time we are in town!

Our May Stay

Everything was perfect, the house was as pictured and very well done. I have done a lot of vrbos and this one was by far the best one I have ever been in. I will stay here again next time we come out for work. Thank you Donna, for such a great stay.

My family and I had a wonderful time in NC. The house was absolutely beautiful. The pictures do not do it justice. It is more beautiful in person. There were lots of little special touches that we appreciated. We would definitely stay there again.

With graciousness and committment to excellence, our host provided more than we deserved, from the welcome bag, to the texts and communication as she helped me care for my staff, especially while I managed a tough situation, remotely. Cottage Review

Very Professional, quick response from Owners. The home is very clean and equipped with everything you can think of and might not have thought of as well. Very close to anything you would like to go do. While also a pleasant location to just hang out and relax.

Completely comfortable cottage

We will be relocating to the Charlotte area and are in the process of building a home. The cottage proved to be in a very convenient area for us and in a relatively quiet neighborhood. The biggest thing is that we felt safe. Also, the rental was so perfectly stocked, we immediately felt very welcomed. There were fresh flowers, fruit, muffins, water, and a snack bag upon arrival. Also, really appreciated the washer and dryer. We will definitely book again if the property is available on our next visit to The Charlotte area. Thank you to the hosts for a wonderful place to stay!

Perfect Getaway!

This is our second stay at the cozy cottage and we love the comfortable furnishings with all the extra touches from chocolates on the nightstands to muffins and snacks—and fresh flowers in every room. Everything is PRISTINE and WELL equipped for anything you might need. Our dogs enjoyed coming along with us. We were here to see family and enjoyed local meals along with grabbing a movie at the mall. My husband says, as Teddy Roosevelt once said, “ People don't care how much you know until they know how much you care.” It is evident they set out to anticipate and meet every need you might have. We highly recommend them as your first choice in lodging in this area!!

Christmas visit with family

We have been able to have people to stay to visit family go to the races, Panthers Games, Soccer Games, weddings, Great wolf Lodge, work, relocations and more. We list this home on another platform and have been able to provide a great home for people to stay and have great reviews.

Very private and quiet home in the Concord City limits. From 2-30 miles there are over 100 wineries and breweries. We live near by and personally clean the home for each guest stay.
