Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place. Our building is located in the quaint neighborhood of Trinity Grove just minutes away from Downtown Dallas Historic district. We are just 5 minutes to the convention center, Deep Ellum, and 15min to Dallas Love Field Airport. This sizeable unit is CENTRALLY located right across the street from ArtPark and custom fitted with brushed stainless steel appliances and fixtures.

SCAM!!!!!!

This is a total scam. The owner of the apartment lives there. I went to the door and the owner came out only to say this has happened three times in the last few months. The leasing office does not allow for an occupant to sub lease on VRBO. Would have thought that VRBO would have already fixed this!

Fake listing

Couldnt access the property. The property mgr said the tenant that HAD the listing moved out. New permanently tenant moved in. Saud this has happened multiple times. No one has updated this listing. VRBO has not reached out to make this right and/ or offer a refund.

SCAM

This is a scam, do not rent!!! The apartment is there but the tenant has lived there for years and does not rent it out, he occupies it full time! VRBO did a good job of trying to make it right and resolve the issue, but it still ruined the first day of our 4 day trip!!! Hopefully it’s true that every dog has their day because this host is not even good enough to be called a dog! In fact that would be an insult to dogs!!! If I could’ve given zero stars I would have…

First time hosting?

The lister seemed new to hosting. The online listing said check-in time was 3PM. A few hrs before the check-in time, I was contacted by the host and told the check-in time was 4PM. I contacted the host and asked that I be able to check-in at the time I was given. They said they'd contact their cleaners and get back to me soon. I was kept waiting for a response for close to two hrs. They were able to let me check-in a bit before 4pm but not right at 3pm. The entry/key system used was different than listing too. It seemed like a glass bottle of water exploded in the freezer. Broken pieces were loose or frozen to the bottom. There were already cooked toaster waffles left in the toaster. I had to go buy my own toilet paper as we were only given one roll for a multiple night stay. During check-in, I asked if our key badge would let us into the pool too. The host said yes. I went to the pool the following day and found the door locked and required a pin number that I was not given. I messaged the host for the code and did not get a response for another couple hrs.
