Separate parking & entrance provides privacy & convenience. 1 mile from downtown and equally close to Bishop Arts allows for business, site-seeing, shopping & incredible restaurants. The host Victoria was prompt and responsive. The property was clean, safe and cozy. It had everything we needed for our 5 night stay. My wife and I enjoyed our nightly walks in the peaceful and safe neighborhood. I would highly recommend staying here!

The location and cleanliness were great We had difficulty using the digital keypad to the door lock. The bathroom had no counter space and no electrical outlets.

I needed a place to stay for 4 nights while visiting family. The Sunny Door property was perfect! I arrived around 9 pm and check in was easy. I think this is probably among the cleanest and neatest places I have ever rented as there was everything I needed. As I was out all day I did not do any cooking but the kitchen was well equipped and well organized. The bed was comfy with nice crisp linens and the AC worked very well. I did take a walk to Kidd Springs Park each morning which is only a few blocks away and has a nice Japanese Garden. I highly recommend this property and thanks to the owners, who responded quickly to any messages I sent.

Relaxing weekend trip for two

The property was clean, easy to access, and in a great area. Anything we needed to get to including excellent restaurants and activities were within 15 minutes driving. The property manager was friendly and responsive. This rental is perfect for a couple looking to have a fun weekend together.

Lovely place and host

Great Stay!

We stayed for a short getaway and loved the location. It was quiet, and close to everything we wanted to do. Making it extremely nice to have somewhere to go back and just relax in the evening!

Centrally located and very comfortable!

The location was great with easy access to the highway for visiting all over DFW. Comfortable free-standing building with everything needed. The bed was great for a good night's sleep

Perfect little place for a perfect little stay

My youngest niece and I came to town for the Club Chris tour. I always worry about safety when traveling with my nieces. This was the perfect little hideaway in a beautiful neighborhood. It’s conveniently located to both of our main attractions. The House of Blues and Dallas World Aquarium. We had no needs while we were there. Everything we could have needed was provided. I’m already planning my next trip back!

Great Location

Had a great time and so close to the Bishops Art District, Downtown, short drive to Plano, etc. So much to do and the place was great for my stay. Had everything I needed and even a place to set up my computers for a little work. Will definitely stay here again.

Some Good/Some Bad

Our first reaction was disappointment before we walked in. There were leavers everywhere, a broken chair, rotten door frame, and used water bottle. It just wasn't a good first impression. Then inside there were dirty throw pillows on a couch which could use a deep cleaning along with the living room rug. When we turned on the light for the bathroom it sounded like a jet plane from the exhaust fan. The tub didn't have any safety bars or mat in it. There is also a place on the bathroom floor where water comes up from an unknown source, per the owner. There was a vacuum and broom provided. Both were broken.The good news is that reaching out to the owner was easy. They responded quickly and kindly. New throw pillows, a bathmat, vacuum and broom were dropped off and the rot on the door was fixed.

Perfect easy stay!

Check in was amazingly easy. The host sent a very helpful digital doc that provided great directions and recommendations on activities/ food near by. I really enjoyed that check out request were very simply and easy. I we had several things to do while on our stay I found the location to be very centrally located and nothing really took more then 15 mins to get too. The neighborhood is beautiful and I felt very safe while staying there.

Great location

We loved this location. It was close to downtown and easy access to the highways so we could easily get around. This place was nice and clean and in a quiet neighborhood which was a plus. Great stay, I would recommend this to anyone visiting Dallas and want the downtown feel without the downtown pricing for stays. Thank you for letting us stay!
