*This is a guest-suite attached to a townhome where the host lives. It has its own private entrance and balcony.

The space:
The guest-suite features hardwood flooring, comfortable king bed, bathroom with shower/ bathtub, and private balcony. Other amenities include WIFI, Smart TV, mini-fridge, microwave, and Keurig coffee makers.

Free, on street parking. Parking permit for one car is provided during your stay.
**The street is quite narrow—if you have larger vehicles such as pick-up trucks, semi-truck, or trailer, you will not be able to make it up the street.**

Easy check-in with lockbox at front door.

The neighborhood is safe and peaceful, yet so close to downtown. Easy access to public transportation, and all major freeways.

Within walking distance: Downtown, public transportations, PSU, OHSU, NCNM, Farmer's Market, Portland Art Museum, Waterfront Park, Food trucks.

By car, hop on a freeway pointed in the direction of your choice with equal speed.

Public transportation--bus and Max are about 0.25 mile down the hill. Street car is about 1 mile.

Please note:

To get to public transportation, it will require some walking down the hill. Getting home from the public transportation will require walking...uphill.

There are 2 ways to walk to public transportation/downtown:

- A 200-step staircase near our house. This will take you to SW Broadway Street. This puts you on Portland State University's downtown campus and is the fastest way to get to Max (light rail), bus, and the rest of downtown.

- A short walk through a gated community to a 50-step staircase. This is the best way if you don't like the stairs so much. This will get you to another part of the PSU campus and the beautiful South Park Blocks. You can continue walking to catch the Street Car (light rail) on SW 10th and Market.

The best way to get to my place from airport is to take Taxi, Uber or Lyft, since it is not convenient to walk up the hill with luggage.

Guest access:
You can park anywhere on the street. Do not block the neighbors’ garages.

Before making a reservation, please read the entire description before booking so you know what to expect.

When requesting a reservation, please tell us a little about yourself and the person traveling with you. For safety and security concerns, people whose names are not listed on the reservation will not be allowed to stay.

Please complete ID verification thru Airbnb. It gives us some peace of mind opening up our home.

Please observe check-in and check-out time as we have guests checking in and out back to back on the same day. Check-in time is 4pm or after. Check-out time is by 11am. Due to tight cleaning schedule, late check-out is not allowed. Early check-in is likely not possible—however, if the home is ready before check-in time, we will send you a message to let you know.
