A vehicle is recommended for exploring the Treasure Valley, though guests love the walkable and bikeable Greenbelt access just steps from the home. Downtown Nampa is only minutes away, with Boise, Meridian, wineries, and outdoor recreation easily reachable within 20–25 minutes.

Outdoor Amenities

Outdoor features such as BBQ grills, hot tubs, and recreational items are provided as a courtesy for guest enjoyment. Because these amenities are exposed to weather and normal use, occasional maintenance or temporary unavailability may occur.

The home is professionally cleaned and maintained; however, being near outdoor spaces and the Greenbelt means guests may occasionally notice insects or wildlife common to the area.



Neighborhood Setting

This is a peaceful residential neighborhood. While typically quiet, normal neighborhood sounds such as pets, vehicles, or nearby activity may occasionally be heard.



Security

For guest safety and property protection, exterior security cameras are in place. There are no cameras inside the home.



Check-in Flexibility

No Compensation for Utility Outages:

In the rare event of a local utility outage (Wi-Fi, power, water), the host is not responsible, and no compensation will be provided. We’ll do our best to assist, but outages are typically out of our control.

We regularly update and improve our space. While photos are representative, some decor or furniture may differ slightly. This does not qualify as grounds for refund.



Guest Responsibility for Damages:

Guests are responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear, as outlined in Airbnb’s Terms of Service and AirCover policy. Any issues must be reported immediately to avoid further impact.
