While here in NW Bradenton, it's a short drive to the sandy beaches on Anna Maria Island. Right around the corner of the property, you can explore the 682 acres on paths, fishing, kayak launch and so much more! We also have the Botanical Gardens, Desoto National Park, and Riverview Point Preserve are a 2-minute drive! Plenty of water sports and rental activities just a short drive. Or bring your jet skis or small boat, and public boat ramps approx 5 minutes. Super location with downtown Bradenton 10 minutes away and Sarasota 20 minutes away! The home was just remodeled with new kitchen cabinets, appliances, AC, and painted. Very spacious eat-in kitchen that leads to the covered outdoor patio and poolside. Extensive caged pool with both sun and shaded areas to relax. The pond views are incredible with the famous Florida sunsets! Wir hatten einen sechswöchigen erholsamen Urlaub! Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen und freundlichen Nachbarschaft mit einem sehr schönen Pool mit kleiner Terrasse. Es liegt sehr zentral zu den Stränden, z. B. Anna Maria, und zu den Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants. An- und Abreise verliefen problemlos. Wir kommen gerne wieder hierher! Maria und Erich

New Year Vacation Stay

Hi.Our entire stay was quite nice overall, with a two exceptions I reported to the owner during stay. One of it was patio door latch doesn't lock properly and we slept all nights using only burglars bars glued to the door glass I guess that couldn't enough secure the door to open,it, another was problem with furnace fan, we couldn't control it using thermostat, wasn't option to turn it off, fan was working all days and nights creating noise especially night time, that was a bit annoying . AC technician was ordered by the owner but nobody showed up and fixed the problem. Rooms, beds and couch was quite comfortable but cleaning service could dedicate more effort to clean place more efficient especially living room floor under armchairs and sofa we discovered curled dust and also on the ceiling kitchen and dining room fan blades was pretty dusty. Pool area was very nice and heated pool temperature was almost excellent to swim in colder days. We were there 6 nights, owner responded quite on time, a lot of towels available. Only one of intro picture should be updated showing back patio with chairs near the pond, there is no small wooden pier by the bank.Thank you.

It was nice but had a couple of issues.

The home owner graciously left the lights on for us as we arrived at almost midnight. Once we opened the door nd walked in the house smelled like smoke…..cigarette smoke and it was STRONG. We looked for some air freshener but didn’t find any so we just dealt with it. Then we were getting ready for bed and my husband stepped on something in the master bedroom floor. I took it out of his foot and it was a tiny piece of metal. His foot bled and bled. It finally stopped and we went right to sleep. The bed was comfortable and we slept very well. The next morning my husband went out and bought air freshener. We sprayed the house from top to bottom. The pool area was nice and we enjoyed sitting out there most of the time. Overall the place was fine with just a few small issues and we didn’t even bother calling the home owner. The hand soap in both bathrooms had water added to it and was very watery and not so much sudsy. There was also no laundry detergent to start the wash for the sheets and towels that were used.

We loved this house so much. We’re there for 6 nights, we sure hated to leave. Owner communication was fantastic. We hope to be back soon.

Relaxing, Huge background, Great location

Great little house with a huge fenced in backyard. There were 4 humans 2 adults, 2 kids and 2 dogs. The dock across the street on Palma Sola Bay is relaxing. Easy to get to the beaches, to Cortez & Manatee Ave's. Would stay there again. Only comment would be to have 2 separate beds in one of the rooms.

Excellent 3 Night Stay!

Our family of four stayed for three nights at the house. We loved all the features, the pool was fantastic and clean, the whole house was clean and the beds were comfortable. We enjoyed the neighborhood, and it was close by to a lot of attractions we were interested in going to. There are a lot of towels available, we did not cook so we did not need kitchen supplies but it appeared that that the kitchen cupboards were fully stocked. The grill appeared nice but we did not use it. We would definitely come back and stay at this house again if it is available. Thank you!

Convenient pool house

The house is decorated in a simple tasteful way. Ample open space not super crowded with stuff. Nice swimming pool partially shaded and with private porch. Quiet neighborhood near everything. Great communication with the owners. A couple of small issues but did not take away from enjoying our stay. If you are planning on cooking, make sure you make groceries first. No condiments etc in the house. I have stayed in plenty of bigger houses mainly on NC and TN with bigger groups, so this is not my first time renting, but it is my first time staying localy and the house did not disappoint. Enjoyed our stay with our German Shepherd and our poodle. Would recommend.

Great Stay! Amazing House & Location

We had an amazing vacation at Palma Sola. The house was very clean, nicely decorated and the beds were super comfy. The pool is screened in, but part of the shallow end is under the patio. So, you can either tan or chill in the shade while in the pool. The house is in the perfect location and close to everything. You can literally walk to Publx. It’s less than 2 miles to the river and Causeway beaches. Other beaches like Manatee and Anna Maria Island are just 5-6 miles. Gordon responded immediately to my inquiry and to any follow up questions that we had. We would definitely love to visit again and wouldn’t hesitate to stay in this home.

We purchased this property for its location. It has a nice open floor plan, beautiful water views, a super location, and just remodeled! There is so much to do in our area, feel free to ask any questions. There is a public boat ramp just down the street for those who may want to tow their water toys.

One of the many benefits of this home is the peaceful views when the sun is setting. Florida has some of the most beautiful sunsets! Since we live locally, if you have any questions or problems, just call us as we are only 10 minutes away and hands-on.
