Tranquil Waters PCB is a Beachfront Studio Condo at Top of the Gulf Resort in the Desirable Thomas Drive-area. It Has Been Completely Remodeled & Sleeps 4 On Two Queen Beds and Feature View Overlooking The Pool & The Beach !

Avoid the crowds in this cozier complex (just 200 condos and 8 stories) that offers easy in and out and quick elevators. Top of the Gulf is one of the best-maintained complexes offering all the beachside amenities you want to complement your vacation. The grounds and landscaping are gorgeous and the pool is stunning with a fun, oversized Adirondack chair and large swing alongside. A kids' pool is ideal for little ones, and ample pool chairs are available. Check out the shuffleboard court and cornhole boards for games in the sun or an inside game room that is newly remodelled gets you away from the heat. Right next to the pool is our internet cafe offering high-speed wifi in a shaded, AC-setting. And there is a fitness room with new equipment on property as well.

Getting to the sand is easy since Top of the Gulf is located directly on the beach, and we even have a temporary home for your sandals and flip-flops as you head out. Returning from a day in the surf and sun, you are welcomed by surfboard-style showers, amble chairs overlooking the water, and shade if you desire it.

Pool and surfside sits our Surf Snack Shack with a delicious menu of eats and drinks (adult beverages and otherwise). Or you can grill up your own fare on the provided guest grills.

Laundry facilities are located throughout the complex.

Near the Resort are a number of restaurants that are walkable, including the iconic Pineapple Willies just about .5 mile down the beach plus Hammerhead Fred's, a great pizza place and even a Hershey's Ice Cream Shop. Within a short driving distance are a plethora of shops, restaurants and activities to delight every traveller. Check out Pier Park--an outdoor complex of shops, dining and featuring a Sky Wheel. There are many putt-putt and go-kart locations, several boating tour options, pontoon rentals to Shell Island, St Andrews State Park for some of the most pristine, calm water in the US, Wonderworks, Ripley's Believe or Not, Shipwreck Island water park and much more.

There is no private balcony but large balconies are available on each floor for guests to enjoy and inside our condo there is a floor to ceiling window with amazing view and a window that opens to hear and enjoy the sounds of the Gulf. A $20 parking/amenity fee is required by the Resort to be paid upon arrival.
