Spacious, kid-friendly 3BR beachfront condo, close to Orlando theme parks

Escape to Daytona with your family and friends! Our 3-bedroom, 2-bath condo has everything you'll need for fun in the sun and home (away from home) cooking. Located on the 7th floor of Sanibel Condominium, you'll be steps from the traffic-free section of the beach.

Our unit is perfect for big families, two families vacationing together, or a girls/guys getaway. The master bedroom suite features a king bed, bathroom with a jacuzzi tub, walk-in closet, and balcony access. Bedroom 2 features a queen bed and Bedroom 3 sleeps 4. Every bedroom has cable TV.

The kitchen is fully equipped, including a Keurig, and stocked with essentials. The living room features a 75-inch smart TV. Out on the balcony, enjoy a gorgeous view of the Atlantic Ocean and sunsets over the Halifax River.

A short walk down the beach is Sunglow Pier where you can fish or grab a bite at Crabby Joe's. Catch a rocket launch from the beach, explore the shore on electric bikes you can rent nearby, or take a fishing charter out to sea. The local surf shop and miniature golf are within walking distance.

You'll be a 15-20 minute drive from the Daytona Beach Boardwalk, Daytona International Speedway, Jackie Robinson Ballpark (aka The Jack, home of the Daytona Tortugas), shopping at Tanger Outlets, Daytona Lagoon waterpark, New Smyrna Beach restaurants, and the historic Ponce Inlet Lighthouse. Disney World, Universal, SeaWorld, Kennedy Space Center, and St. Augustine are all just over an hour away.

We offer contactless check-in and keyless entry to make getting in and out a breeze. Building amenities include free high-speed WIFI, heated pool, hot tub, rec room with pool table, fitness center, and picnic area with BBQ grills.

Reserved garage parking for one car is included; parking for a second car is available on a first-come-first-served basis. Two cars max.

Wonderful stay

My husband and four kids (16, 14, and 12) stayed here for 6 nights. Our host, Carrie, was very responsive to messages and even brought a bigger beach canopy for our family to use, which worked perfectly for us. There were so many thoughtful touches that made our stay so easy - beach towels, a wagon, a beach bag, boogie boards, beach chairs, toys, and several different sunscreens and after-sun products. The kitchen was well stocked and the whole condo was so clean. We loved our stay and had a wonderful vacation.

Great place to stay!

We loved this condo. It was a great location and you couldn’t ask for a better equipped kitchen. Everything you needed was there. Even a waffle maker and crockpot which are almost never found in rental properties. Would definitely stay again

We loved our stay!

All great - clean, well stocked, quiet, well decorated, well maintained, comfy beds. Great location as well. The day we checked we went just down the street to Prince Inlet and spent the day checking out the lighthouse, the marine museum and had a great lunch! So glad we rented from Carrie! She took great care of us.

Beach Getaway

The condo is perfect for a family who loves the beach, interested in trips around Florida , and definitely a home-away-from-home. The owner makes sure everything is provided and it is truly immaculate. We especially loved coffee on the deck and the view is incredible! Also, close to great restaurants and quality shopping! This is rated a 5 star and looking forward to returning!

Perfect Getaway for Beach Goers

We found this condo to be well appointed and in great condition. It was very comfortable for our group of 4 adults and 3 children. Plenty of room, nice balcony views to the ocean as well as the intercostal water way, and quiet. The best part was the proximity to the beach. It made it very convenient with kids in tow to move back and forth from the ocean to the pool. Nearby restaurants for family and adult night out as well. We will definitely be back!

Perfect trip

We stayed for 4 nights at this property and our experience was fantastic. Carrie went above and beyond our expectations to accommodate us, we appreciate it very much, the condo is beachfront with Fantastic views, condo has everything we needed and perfect location with restaurants and grocery stores. Wonderful Place and Location

We had an absolutely wonderful time. The home was so nice and welcoming. Very clean. So nice to have all the extra items for the beach as well as the supplies in the home. The view was lovely. We loved the little welcome sign and added our location to the map at the door. Those were really cool extra touches. Everything was just fantastic! We were sad when it was time to leave.

Racing weekend

Our stay was great. The condo was perfect for 6 adults. It was clean and very nice. There were lots of extras which we didn’t really use but is a very nice extra. There are beach chairs, coolers, a wagon and beach toys. The condo is stocked with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Carrie was a great host and communication couldn’t have been better.

Great condo and location

This was my first VRBO booking and I can only hope they all are as great!! Carrie was easily accessible and checked in to see if we needed anything at all. We were there for a race so we didn’t spend alot of time there. But knowing we were coming back each night after being at the track all day to a large, beautiful, clean, and safe space was the best!! We hope to return again ! Don’t hesitate to book this condo, you won’t regret it!! Thanks Carrie!

Great for a fun weekend with the boys

Not only was this condo in a great location (right on the beach), but the complex included a nice club room with a gym, as well as a pool and hot tub. We fit 5 people into the condo comfortably. The unit was stocked up with a spikeball set and some other fun stuff. We played spikeball on the beach for hours, and I was glad to be able to get my workouts in after at the clubroom. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fun weekend on the beach.

Amazing

Very spacious and beautiful. Quiet the week we stayed making it a perfect vacation. The extras that were available are too many to list, but beach chairs, towels, sunblock, burn lotions, kid toys, boogie boards, canopy, wagon, ice chest, playpen, potty chair, full size shampoo, conditioner, body wash are just some of them. Somethings we used, others we didn't, but the simple availability was the extra mile for us. I would definitely recommend staying if you are thinking about it. We were supposed to have 2 more in our stay and we still would have had plenty of room. Beach access was super close and easy for me to get my son and his wheelchair to the water. That hasn't been the case in some time. We usuually have to carry him down to the beach or DRAG his wheelchair what seems like a mile. To sum it up, I loved it and hopefully will be back soon!

First of all, the size of this unit is great! It easily accommodated my 6 family members. Everything was very clean and communication with the host was very easy and she was quick to resolve any issue. We throughly enjoyed our stay.

Great condo on the beach with views!

My favorite part of this condo was sitting on the balcony early in the morning watching and listening to the surf. And there was room (and seats when you use the beach chairs) on the balcony for all 8 of us too. We had many good conversations sitting out there. The condo was clean and comfortable with many extras like indoor games and beach chairs and umbrella. It provided us with a wonderful environment for a relaxed vacation. Thanks so much, Carrie!
