Come enjoy my 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom paradise only 10 minutes from track and downtown Saratoga. Bring the whole family and/or friends to enjoy this spacious, family friendly home located in a gorgeous safe neighborhood in Milton, NY. Relax in a private landscaped backyard, gather on the patio around the fire table for great conversations, soak in the hot tub, or take a nice evening swim before curling up in bed!

The first floor includes the gourmet kitchen with 2 ovens, living room, dining room, bedroom with queen bed, full bathroom with shower, and sliding glass door out to the private backyard. On the second floor, there are 4 bedrooms(including the master bedroom), 2 full bathrooms(one with a large soaking tub attached to the master bedroom), and the laundry area. Outside you will find a fenced in private back yard with the 16 x 36' saltwater pool, flower gardens, table and chairs, umbrellas, propane fire table, small play cabin(for kids), and more.

We had a wonderful time. The accommodations were excellent. Pool was perfect. Host was always available to answer any questions. House was located close to all activities in a quiet area. Definitely a place you would rent again.

Great Stay in Saratoga

We had a great time at this spacious house in Saratoga. Location of home is not walking distance to town or track, but easily accessible with short car ride to both. House was great, clean and plenty of room, pool was awesome. Communication with Bobbi was great and she took care of all of our needs. Overall was a great stay.

Ballston Spa Relaxing Vacation

We stayed in a beautiful, large house with pool, hot tub, master suite beautiful property. We had 5 adults and 3 kids comfortably. The power, Bobbi Williams went out of her way to do everything possible to make it perfect. She was always available , including that we started texting months before turia stay. She made sure every single detail was covered. Great vacation.

Our annual Saratoga trip

Every year myself, my wife and four other couples rent a house for a weekend at the track. We usually rennt a block or two from the track. This year we decided that a 10 minute drive wasnt a big deal and decided on Bobbyi's property. It was exactly as advertised. Not only is it beautifully landscaped with a great lpool and hot tub, tge inside is impeccably clean and great for a large group. Im a chef/owner of a restaurant and she had everything we needed as i cook breakfast and dinner for our trip. The kitchen, dining room living room was one big open area so we could all hang together. We will be back again next year and highly recommended Bobbi's house.

Birthday Weekend Bash with Friends

We went with a few friends to go celebrate a milestone birthday. We headed to the track first since check in wasn’t till 4, and I wasn’t going to pay an additional fee to check in soonerWe had some issues which Bobbi addressed, but one of them was there was hardly any ice. The ice maker on the refrigerator was broken and there was a small counter ice maker as well. But after only making 4 cubes the machine said the tray was full which clearly it wasn’t. I addressed this with Bobbi, but in the end we had to go out and buy bags of ice. It was a little annoyingThe hot tub was also a little dirty in the bottom of the tub.I also found pieces of cereal under the master bedroom. Everyone pays a cleaning fee, so not

Hello all! I am a teacher and a mother of two young boys. I have lived in the Saratoga area my entire life. I enjoy renting out my home during the summer to give others the opportunity to explore what this area has to offer. No matter where I travel to, I always love coming back. I hope you feel the same way about my home and this area!

During your stay
I am available by call or text should any issues arise. I am happy to provide recommendations for local restaurants, bars, or other activities if you are interested. My goal is to make your stay as enjoyable and comfortable as possible.

I live in a beautiful, safe neighborhood with friendly, family-oriented neighbors. I love taking walks through the neighborhood and the trails to view the gorgeous scenery and friendly faces. There is a cul`de-sac a few houses down which is great for kids to play and ride bikes.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Fresh Eggs!
On a separate fenced in portion of my property, I have a small group of happy chickens. Thanks to them we have farm fresh eggs every morning which I can share with you if you are interested! Believe it or not, one of them is my sons therapy chicken! I do not need to come on the property to care for them and they should not negatively effect your stay, but you will be able to see them from the backyard. They can be very entertaining to watch. They are not part of the rental area and the gate to get to them will be locked.

Monarch Butterfly Sanctuary
I also have a few gardens specifically for monarch butterflies and caterpillars. I teach classes to children and sell butterfly kids for them to learn about their life cycle. If you are interested, please let me know and I can schedule a lesson or create a kit for your children to take home.

Childcare
I am available to provide childcare, tutoring, and/or fun activities for your children during your stay. Please let me know in advance if you are interested and we can discuss details.
