Cozy cabin with great size rooms very clean and easy access to Pigeon Forge attractions…. Maybe 4 miles to the main parkway. Great view and spacious. Our children loved the hot tup and game areas. They were located well in the house for teens. We would stay here again.

Overall we had a nice stay at this property. The pros: the location was great, very close to pigeon forge/dollywood/Gatlinburg! The owners were very responsive and were able to accommodate an early checkin when we arrived before 4pm, and check in was very easy. The cons: the hot tub was completely empty when we arrived and unfortunately after some back and forth with the owner we learned it had a major leak and would not be working during our stay. I appreciate that they did give us a partial refund due to the inconvenience, but had it been checked prior to arrival a lot of the back and forth could have been prevented. The pool cues, ping pong balls and ping pong net were not in good shape and needed to be replaced. The jets in the tub upstairs were not working, the owner suggested we reset it but that required unscrewing a panel on the tub with a screwdriver and we didn’t want to mess with it. Again, overall a nice stay, but some minor improvements would make the property in better shape for families.

Unfortunately the hot tub leak was unknown to us prior to your arrival — as soon as we discovered the issue, we decided to refund what amounted to about 25% of the stay to make up for the inconvenience. The hot tub jet has since been fixed. Regarding the jetted tub, the access panel should only be secured with Velcro and not screws; we’ll double-check that to make sure it’s as easy to access as intended. We also weren’t aware that the pool cues, ping pong balls, and net were in poor condition — had we known, we would have gladly delivered replacements immediately. We’re happy to hear you still enjoyed the location of the cabin and your overall stay, and we truly appreciate your feedback as it helps us keep improving for future guests.

Wonderful get away! It was easy access to Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, groceries, activities and dining out. The air hockey table and hot tub were a hit for the kids, and phone survived 2 diving expeditions, haha. Adults enjoyed the pool table and the hot tub after the kids went to bed. Shopping was great and only about a 20 minute drive. We will definitely be back with the whole family. Great Hosts and very clean.

Host was really good with communication. The cabin was lovely. The hot tub and games were lots of fun. My only real issue was when I had booked this stay, I did not realize that an ice storm was coming. All of my guests cancelled the day before the incoming storm. They were concerned with having to fly home. I did try to cancel my stay and get a refund but could not. Which was upsetting. I understand refund policy, but this incident was unforeseen. My man and I only stay one night and left early the next day so we would not be stuck on the mountain with no power. I think we should have been given a refund it's not like we were cancelling for no reason. So be forewarned if some unexpected weather comes you will not receive any grace.

I do understand how frustrating unexpected weather events can be — especially in the mountains. We sent you a couple of messages earlier in the week warning you about the potential conditions in case you wanted to change your plans but you said you had a four-wheel-drive vehicle and we’re not concerned. I’m sorry VRBO would not cancel your reservation the day before. To protect you from potential weather situations in the future, I strongly recommend purchasing VRBO’s travel insurance as severe weather is considered outside the host’s control. Luckily, the snow and ice did not come until after your original checkout time. Thank you again for loving our cabin. I hope you’ll consider visiting again under sunnier skies — we’d love to host you in better conditions!

Plenty of room. Location was good. The only negative was the water got cool after several showers and the water pressure wasn’t great.
