The bright lower unit with large common areas and a balcony is perfect for groups of five. The living area includes a separate toilet and a bathroom with washing machine. The kitchen offers all amenities you could need. The upper unit has two separate bedrooms with AC and a bathroom with tub/toilet/bide.
The State Opera House and Andrassy boulevard are in 5 minutes walk as well as 2 metro stations and the busiest tram line.
Most tourist spots are in walking distance, the area offers a handful of restaurants/bars/groceries.
Margaret island, the City Park and Szecheny spa can be reached
in 20 minutes.

Nice flat in a great area to get around Budapest!

We enjoyed our stay here. It was clean and in a area that was near restaurants, supermarket and attractions to see in Budapest. We were also within walking distance to trams and subway to get around without a car. We would recommend staying here!

Excellent Place to Stay in Budapest

This was an awesome apartment/condo as a base for our stay in Budapest. The place exceeded our expectations and was the cleanest place we’ve ever stayed. Daniel is a great host…always made sure we had what we needed. Next time we’re here, we’ll book it again! Thanks again for everything, Daniel!

Amazing stay

The property is centrally located within short distance of shops restaurants etc the property is spacious with a lovely balcony. The only issue was there was limited got water but this didn't spoil our holiday

friendly and attentive

the landlord is very involved and the apartment is very spacious, very clean and the location is fantastic. In the center and just a short walk to the metro where you can go in all directions of Budapest. we were 2 and stayed 3 nights. the apartment is the perfect base for a long weekend / city break.

Great location and well appointed property

Property is centrally located in Budapest and near to key tourist sites. The property itself has been improved to an excellent standard with very comfortable beds, sofa etc. Kitchen is well appointed and the appartement is spacious. The property is very good value for money with Budapest being cheaper than in the UK. Daniel was very helpful and I would certainly recommend a stay at the property.

Clean, comfortable apartment in central area.

We were very pleased for our short stay in Budapest. Apartment had all we needed and we were happy while we were there. Not a complaint but warning that it is top floor so must be okay with stairs! We did not mind but others may.

Bp vacation

The apartment was a great find in the center of everything. It is walking distance to most major sights with lots of gastronomical establishments nearby. The unit itself is spacious, well furnished for a short term rental. Parking (paid) is under the neighboring hotel; very convenient. Daniel is a great host, easily reachable and a quick responder to any questions one might have. We will definitely rent it again once we are back. Highly recommend.

Exactly want we wanted

The property is clean and modern. Outside door is run down, but the apartment is good. The elevator works well. The location is perfect. Everything is nearby, including the Hop on Hop off bus that starts at St Stephen's Basilica - just a 10 minute walk. There is a convenience store and restaurants just a minute away. Would stay again if visiting Budapest.

Spacious Budapest apartment.

Centrally located, clean, lots of room, all the basics. Had an electrical problem, Daniel fixed immediately - no inconvience. Could use a bit more decor to warm up the flat - art work on walls, area rugs on floors. Wonderful quality bath linens, very nice bathroom.

Very Nice Apartment in Central Budapest

The apartment is on the 4th floor but there is a lift which was important since we has several pieces of luggage. The unit is spacious and open on the first level with the living, dining, and kitchen along with a bathroom w/shower and a washer. Two bedrooms and a bath are up the stairs. The lower level is not air conditioned but the bedrooms are which made for comfortable sleeping. We were close to busses and tramlines so the city was accessible. We had a very nice time in Budapest and the apartment and its central location greatly facilitated our enjoyment.

Great location, nice place

Great location with about a 5 minute walk to Opera metro but many shops, sights are walking distance. Apartment was very spacious. We didn't use the kitchen much but it seemed well equipped but bring your own coffee. There were soap dispensers by the sinks but strangely none were filled with soap. Luckily, we did have a bar of soap with us that we used. There was no access (door was locked) to the main floor toilet. There was a shower and sink on the main level and a full bathroom with shower/tub upstairs. We were there during a heatwave so the air conditioning was welcomed. There are units in each of the two bedrooms but the main floor remained hot. The wifi was slow for 4 of us but we were able to complete basic internet searches. The host was communcative and gave clear check-in instructions and was very helpful with providing information about the area. Overall it was a good place to stay.

Just OK, sketchy building

The building is poorly marked and thus difficult to find. Once inside, the common areas have some graffiti and shows lack of maintenance and/or attention. The elevator did not work properly, which was unsettling because the apartment is on the 5th floor. The check-in process was difficult because the directions said that the apartment has a brown door, yet there are 2 apartments right next to each other both with brown doors. This resulted in trying to open the wrong door without knowing it. 50-50 chance. The apartment smelled strongly of cigarette smoke and the place is quite spartan. The refrigerator is dented. There was graffiti inside the elevator which wasn't exactly inviting. The neighborhood is a bit sketchy when compared to other areas of Budapest. We didn't fee very safe. The manager was very responsive and was helpful.

Im (Buda-)pester Viertel mit vielen Kneipen und Restaurants sehr schön gelegen. 10 Minuten zu Fuß vom West- (Haupt- ?) Bahnhof. Von außen, wie die meisten Häuser in dieser Gegend etwas abgeranzt (kreuzberger style), aber innen oho: - sehr geräumig (auch für 4 Personen) - geschmackvoll eingerichtet - recht leise, weil 4. u. 5. Stock kaum Verkehrslärm - hübscher Innenhof - alles vorhanden bis zum Knofiquetscher! - Fernsehen mit Internet, Prime und Mediatheken - Öffis in direkter Nähe in alle Richtungen - die meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten sind fußläufig erreichbar - Vermieter antwortet bei Problemen oft sofort per e-mail (selten erst nach ein paar Stunden) - Sonnenbalkon - oben: Wannenbad mit Klo bei den beiden Schlafzimmern - unten: Gästetoilette und extra großer Dusche mit Waschmaschine drin - Haustür mit Code wie beim Tresor (wie bei fast allen Häusern) - 2 (!) Wohnungsschlüssel _ Spülertabs und Klopapier vorhanden 2 Kleinigkeiten sollten mal gemacht werden: Die Möbel-Front vom Spüler fehlt (funktioniert aber) und die Badtür oben schließt schlecht.

Kurzurlaub in Budapest

Der Aufenthalt in dem Apartement in Budapest war sehr angenehm. Alles war da was wir brauchten und noch mehr, Viel Platz, sehr sauber, schön eingerichtet und gute Betten. Die Wohnung ist so gut lärmgedämmt, dass man trotz Innenstadtlage von der trubeligen Stadt nichts hört und sehr gut schlafen kann. Vielen Dank auch an den sehr hilfsbereiten und freundlichen Daniel!!

Wir waren Gast in Daniels Wohnung für eine Woche. Die Lage der Wohnung ist außerordentlich praktisch – nur 10 Minuten bis zum Budapester Westbahnhof und inmitten der Budapester Innenstadt im 7. Bezirk mit vielen Restaurants, Clubs und Bars. Letzteres hat aber auch seinen Nachteil. Denn Freitag- und Samstagnacht war es in der Wohnumgebung sehr laut, weil das „Partyvolk“ unterwegs ist. Nachts konnte man vor Krach manchmal kaum die Fenster öffnen. Unter der Woche war es sehr viel angenehmer. Wir hatten überdies Probleme mit der Heizungs- und Warmwasseranlage. Eine Bedienungsanleitung oder Hinweise wie man bei Problemen mit den Geräten umgehen soll, fehlte aus unserer Sicht, zumal die Kommunikation mit Daniel gut funktionierte, aber irgendwie auch schwierig war, weil es per SMS und Fewo-Chanel hin und herging. Ein kurzes Vorbeischauen des Vermieters hätte sicherlich zu schnelleren Lösungen geführt. Ansonsten ist die Wohnung sehr geräumig und liegt in der obersten Etage eines historischen Innenhofs, für die Budapest bekannt ist. Uns hat es in Budapest gefallen und wir geben gerne 3 Sterne.
