Bay view from Calvert Cliffs, Solomons Island & State Park nearby

This house was built as a vacation home by my parents in 1994. We live in nearby Harford County and spent practically every 4th of July week down So. Maryland with lots of extended family. This house holds lots of memories from our oldest sons 1st birthday party, now 26 years old, good grief, to fireworks on the Island, volleyball at the lake and looking for sharks teeth on the beach. Some of us were better than others. My mom seemed to have an eye for that. I don't believe my husband has ever found one himself lol. We always enjoyed having extended family at the house, especially the ones from out of state because they always wanted to eat crabs on the deck. We even tried catching some ourselves a couple of times. Of course, we'd never catch enough to eat. The kids use to love the 11:00 pm Taco Bell and Walmart trips after a long day of sitting and swimming at the lake, then selling flags and glow sticks at the community entrance then heading off to watch fireworks.
Remember The Titans became a family tradition, we never got tired of watching it. The Oriole game was always on in the background and Scrabble and Taboo were 2 of our favorite games.
Well now the time has come for our parents to move on to a vacation home in Florida. The memories we created for 25 years was about to be sold to the highest bidder. My husband and I always thought our kids would be creating memories with their kids for the next 25 years and we couldn't bare to see the house sold. So we offered to buy the house from our parents in hopes that our families, and now yours will continue to build those memories for years to come.
