Perched in a quiet area of Orange Beach, this condo will be the perfect jumping-off point for any beach adventure. Branyon Backcountry Trail is right across the street that winds within Gulf State Park, where you can boat, fish, and swim to your heart's content. Great location and everything was very clean! We tried to use the sofa bed but we had a hard time trying to get it back in so we decided not to. We covered the couch cushions and our son slept on the couch. We were all comfortable and everything was clean. We would stay here again.

We had some hiccups at first but they were reported and fixed very quickly! These are things that were reported as needing to be fixed in a previous review. I was informed it was fixed prior to booking but was not. However, they did fix these issues that evening and the next morning (new bedframe was needed and store was closed that evening). I will say the rugs are either material that hold sand or a new vacuum may be needed. Other than the rug issues, the condo was very clean and nicely stocked. We had a great time!!

The master bedroom bed frame was broken when we arrived. I sat on the edge of the bed to take my shoe off, and it fell down. We had to rig it using pots from the kitchen to make it level.

Not the best of Sugar Beach

We just love the whole condo community in general. My grands come for the well loved Sugar Shack! 3 pools ♥️, location, price,covered parking. Guard on duty. 23 summers at Sugar Beach 🏖️

NCAA Beach Volleyball Tournament Vacation

This property was clean and the host was very helpful. When the code didn't work for us to get in the first time, the owner was quick to respond and reset the door code. The rooms were spacious, and the beds are comfortable (except the pull out couch, which I have yet to find one that is). There was room for an air mattress, if needed, in the living room.

Amazing stay

We had a wonderful time with our family of 4 and our 5 month old. The condo was very well kept and right off the beach with a great pool. We will definitely stay at this place again!

Great condo with a wonderful price!

Enjoyed staying here! The complex is a bit plain but you are sooooo close to the beach and wonderful seafood at Lartique’s. The condo itself was nice and quiet. Perfect location. Will be back for sure.

Sweet time

The condo inside was very nice. We enjoyed our stay and the short walk to the beach. However, the fire alarm system on the building went off at 6:30am and lasted for about an hour. It was very annoying. Hallways leading up to the condo could use better lighting and paint.

We traveled with my sister and her family. They had a condo a few doors down from us which was great since we both have a gaggle of teenage girls. The condo had just about everything we needed. It’s always helpful to have 2 bathrooms especially with 3 teen girls. The condo had plenty of space and was located ideally in relation to the beach, all 3 pools and the tennis court. It was very quiet especially at night time and didn’t have any big issues. The area itself was super nice and we were able to fit in a lot during the week without feeling like we were in a highly commercialized area. We had all that we needed to cook on the nights we wanted to eat in and there was plenty of seating between the bar area and the dining table. The porch was equally plentiful with seating and there was a slight view of the ocean. Overall a nice family trip.

Loved this!

It was a beautiful place to stay, very easy access to the beach, great beach/pool equipment available for use and loved having the various pools. A few suggestions that could be helpful would be having ice in the freezer, salt/pepper, and coffee filters in the kitchen. I’m not sure if we just overlooked them though. Thank you for sharing your space with us, it was our home away from home. God Bless you!

Great, updated Condo

This condo was tastefully and beautifully updated. It was the perfect size for our family of 4 (with 2 younger kids). It was equipped with most everything that we needed although we didn’t cook while we were there. I do wish there were more washcloths so we didn’t have to wash them as often. The bottom bunk had very little room between it and the top bunk. It was fine for my younger child, but would not be large enough for a bigger child or adult. The building while older, was still very nice. It had 3 pools plus a kiddie pool. The property has extras like a snack/lunch bar, basketball stands around the pools, and cornhole sets. The condo was centrally located to all of the fun in both Orange Beach and Gulf Shores. The Wi-Fi could be improved.

Perfect Spot for Families!

We chose this property with the beach being close by, and it worked great for us and the kids. The bunk beds were a fun treat and the layout was perfect for us. Two bathrooms was clutch!

Beach Getaway

This is our 4th year to stay at Sugar Beach Condos and our 1st time at this particular condo. We had a great experience. U can see the ocean from the balcony. The condo had everything you would need. Kitchen is fully stocked with all the amenities. Make sure you bring coffee grounds not pods. The bunk beds are small and the bottom bunk has very little clearance to the top so better suited for a small child. There is a pull out couch which my kids did end up using but that mattress is not ideal for adults. Very lumpy and u can feel every spring. The kids didn’t mind. The kids room ceiling fan string was broke so we had to unscrew the bulb so we could use the ceiling fan at night. Those are the only negatives. It was a beautiful condo nicely decorated. I would 💯 use this same one again.

Nice condo and beaches.

The condo was clean and well appointed for the value. Beaches were near and clean as well. A couple downsides were the aesthetic appearance of the hallway outside the condo looked industrial and unappealing and the only other item would be that you need to be prepared to purchase a parking permit, as it is required and is not included. Actual inside of condo and beaches were nice though and I would stay again.
