Beautifully appointed Snowcreek V townhome sleeps ten with four bedrooms and three baths. (New website for the same property, was 505697)
Two downstairs master suites with King platform beds and en suite baths. Main master suite has Jacuzzi tub and fireplace. Two bedrooms upstairs - one King platform bed and one Queen platform bed. Additional sleeping area with Full platform bed in loft/nook. All beds have cozy down comforters with quality duvet covers, flannel sheets in winter and comfy down pillows.
Master bathroom features two sinks, Jacuzzi tub, large shower and separate water closet. Jr. master bathroom features single sink and tub/shower. Upstairs bedrooms share a guest bathroom with two sinks, ample counter space and private/separate water closet and tub/shower area - great for accommodating large groups. All bathrooms feature hard-wired hotel-style magnifying mirrors.
Kitchen has new granite counters and maple floors and is fully stocked for your use and enjoyment. Grill your favorite food on our large Weber BBQ on the deck adjacent to the dining room. Enjoy group meals at our contemporary dining table which features ten comfortable and stylish leather chairs.
Enjoy a drink or meal at the bar while watching your favorite show on the flat screen TV.
Great room has large upscale sectional sofa with seating for ten. Enjoy a cozy fire while watching your favorite program on our large HD flat screen TV with surround sound.
Flat screen TVs in all bedrooms - even a flat screen TV at the bar to keep the cook entertained during meal preparation.
New carpeting, slate floors, and paint, and brand new furniture throughout after a major remodel in 2013.
Wifi throughout and plenty of games, puzzles and books for stormy days. Shuttles to ski area are just under 1mile walk to Old Mammoth Road outside the community. TOML-CPAN-11387

There is so much to love about this house. The views were especially great. It worked beautifully for our two children and their little ones and us. The kitchen is well-stocked and accessible. The house was clean and we liked the shampoo and body wash dispensers in the shower. I would give the house a 4.5. I would recommend the owners not put out mouse traps while guests are there, even the sticky kind (they are inhumane and kids get into them). I would repair all screen doors, they were very difficult to open. And I would repair the front door which was impossible to lock from the outside. We had to use the garage for access. The dishwasher has a food filter in it and it was entirely clogged. It needs to be cleaned out regularly. Otherwise, a fabulous location and comfortable house.

We throughly enjoyed our week family vacation at Mammoth Lakes again this year, thanks in part to our favorite townhouse. We have been staying here for many years, and it has always been excellent in every respect. Very clean, a fully outfitted kitchen, high quality linens and towels, plenty of room. If I could give more than five stars I would! Our family (my son, daughter and their spouses as well as my three grandkids LOVED the house. It had absolutely everything you need in the bedrooms, kitchen and bathrooms. The setting is absolutely stunning, with meadows right outside your backdoor and the mountains, with still some snow on them, framing the picture.

Exceptional Stay

This beautiful home was a great place for our group of 9. Kitchen is fully stocked and very organized. All the beds and furniture are super comfortable and the layout was perfect for a large group to gather together. The location was exceptional, with amazing views and plenty of space for some snow play. Access to garage and plenty of parking were a great added plus.

Great Family Getaway

Stayed at this property for 4 days. Overall very happy with the property. Only negative was our arrival to find that the townhouse had not been cleaned. Miscommunication from the owner to housekeeping; however, issue was handled immediately and all was good. Communication with owner was clear and easy. Highly recommend.

Wonderful home with attentive hosts. Clean, ideally located, comfortable. Second stay here. Will stay again. Backs up to preserve, so views, hiking and snow play are easily accessible right outside bedroom doors.

This was the second year in a row that we stayed in this beautiful property. The house is spacious and clean, easily and comfortably accommodating our group of 8 adults. The kitchen is very well and tastefully stocked. The neighborhood is quiet and beautifully nestled at the foot of the hills. Hiking trails right behind the house and beautiful views.

Beautiful Townhouse for Families

Entire townhouse was very clean, well furnished and maintained, and with a kitchen and dining area perfect for preparing and enjoying meals for a large family. The back porch provided views and access to the mountains behind the house. Everything in the house worked as expected and the property owners were quick to respond to any requests.

Family Reunion

4 couples gathered for a sibling/spouse reunion in Mammoth Lakes. The condo was large and well equipped, with a large dining room, living space, and a game table. The kitchen was also well equipped with lots of dishes, cookware, pantry with essentials, and sharp knifes!! The master bedroom and smaller master downstairs were very comfortable, with spacious bathrooms and slider doors to small decks. The back of the house overlooked the hills and trails which was lovely. The two upstairs bedrooms were a bit small, with rather uncomfortable beds. The description for the house stated 4 king beds, but one of the upstairs bed was a queen. The upstairs bathroom was decent sized and easily shared by two couples. The condos are conveniently located for access to the Village, downtown, Mammoth Lodge, and all the lakes and mountain trails. We had a wonderful stay. There was an extra fridge in the garage for beverages! TV worked great and we had access to many channels. We could go out the back doors and access hiking/biking trails. Several of our party even played golf!! We would be happy to return to the house in the future.

Wonderful 4th of July Holiday!

My family and I stayed here for our 4th of July holiday and had a wonderful time! The home is absolutely beautiful and very spacious! The kitchen had everything you need for cooking in and the location of the condo was perfect for going into town and hiking/fishing. We will definitely be back!
