We provide the basic amenities you might need during your stay.. We have prepared a welcome and personal hygiene kit:
-Toilet Paper 3 rolls
-Hand soap 100 ml
-Shampoo 100 ml
-Bath towels and beach towels for 2 people
The next cleaning is done upon your departure, but if you require additional services they can be hired at an additional cost. If any of the amenities run out during your stay, you can replace them at the nearest convenience store.
Please note that we have no control over weather changes or ocean clarity as they change from day to day.
This is a property built over 2 years ago. We strive to provide our space always impeccably and with excellent maintenance. The climate in this area causes various inconveniences, so we ask you to contact us either by platform, telephone, mail
Central Park is located in a development area so noise from nearby construction could be heard.
The road to the property is rustic dirt road and may have imperfections, consider it when booking.
In Tulum there is the possibility of a power outage, when that happens there is no Wi-Fi, water or electricity, this happens because the infrastructure has not reached the largest number of visitors who come to Tulum. Refunds cannot be offered for this reason.
