Not only is it just one block from the waves, it has everything you need after a day at the beach: A/C, WiFi, parking, TV, washer & dryer, a covered patio, a comfy queen-size bed… and, most importantly, a great location just a 1-minute walk from the beach!

Delicious restaurants, the Pier, and Ron Jon’s are also within an easy walk. Disney and Universal Studios are just an hour away.



The Space:

This apartment and complex are owned by Cocoa Beach locals, and have been passed down within the same family for three generations. We’re happy to carry on the tradition of welcoming guests to our favorite Florida beach town!

This unit is quite simply a lot of fun. From the vibrant mural in the living area, inspired by the classic surfer film “The Endless Summer,” to the patio dining table tucked into tropical landscaping, to the colorful art and vintage fabric patterns… a stay here is like a breath of fresh (sea) air.

The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking, with an electric range, a microwave and, of course, a coffee pot for getting your morning started before you set off. A bistro table for two is perfect for planning your day while you caffeinate.

When you get back, nothing beats a blast of A/C, a cool shower in your full bathroom, and a cold cocktail on the patio. After the sun goes down, cuddle up for a movie on the sofa, which unfolds into a bed for extra guests.

The Neighborhood:

Cocoa Beach is a friendly beach town on the Florida Coast with the perfect balance of locals and visitors. It feels like home, but also like a place where time slows down and “the real world” fades away. Cocoa Beach is great for taking day trips, too! Disney World, Universal Studios and Island of Adventure are all within an hour’s drive. Kennedy Space Center is a half-hour drive away. Wildlife lovers and birdwatchers: be sure to check out nearby Banana River, a 31-mile lagoon with salt marshes, oyster beds and mangrove swamps that are home to dolphins, manatees, blue herons and more.



Getting Around:

Plenty of space for on site parking at unit. Many place are within walking distance locally. (beach, shops, restaurant/bars, ect.) Very close to A1A and SR520 intersection that will each get you anywhere you want to be quickly. (Orlando is less than 40 min away)



Uber and Lift are prevalent and efficient in the area as well.

To ensure a comfortable start to your stay, we provide an initial stock of the following essentials:

- Paper towels

- Toilet paper

- Tissues

- Coffee pods, creamer, and sugar

- Light cleaning supplies (please note: NO LAUNDRY SOAP PROVIDED)

- Garbage bags

- Sponges

- Dish soap

- Dishwasher tabs



If you need additional supplies during your stay, please plan to replenish them as needed.
