Quick get away

The property was as advertised, clean and conveniently located to the UT campus with plenty of places to eat in walking distance. We had a great time and will be looking for our next opportunity to visit city. Highly recommend if going to a UT sporting event.

Family Weekend in Austin

This apartment was perfect for visit in Austin! We were visiting our son, who lives near campus, and we were able to get around easily to everything! We enjoyed lots of wonderful food close by, and loved Barton Springs, which our host recommended! He was quite responsive any time we had questions and the apartment was well equipped with comfy beds! We hope to go back again!

Great 2nd floor Condo close to University

Overall had a great stay and Christopher was a great host. He communicated well and had everything ready. The condo itself is nice and in a great neighborhood within walking distance of stores and restaurants. Really enjoyed our time in Austin thanks to the great condo to stay in.

Perfect Longhorn Getaway!

Perfect location for this mom & dad to soak up all the festivities for our son's frat parents weekend. Close to campus and close enough to walk to frat houses but far enough away not to hear all the noise. Quiet location. The apartment was A++++! Very comfortable w/ 2 nice sized bedrooms and comfy beds. Great shower (which is important to us), a well-stocked kitchen, plus a very comfortable living area and dining nook. Our host was FAB with detailed instructions and good communication. We could not have asked for a better experience. Our only regret is that our son is a senior and we wish we would have found this gem 4 years ago! Many thanks for the great hospitality!!! Hook 'Em!

Clean house, easy street parking, great stay!

Great stay! Christopher was very welcoming and made sure that check in and out was super smooth. Apartment had kitchen with everything needed to cook dinner. We enjoyed the record player, beds were super comfy, and apartment was very clean. A great deal for a football weekend at UT!

Hi there! My name is Christopher and I attended the University of Texas. I have been hosting for over six years in the Austin area and I love to welcome guests to the city that I love. I cycle in Austin, enjoy our hipster/country scene and spend half my income on our wonderful coffee shops.
