We have central air,1 bedroom, 1 bathroom with fully stocked kitchen, washer and dryer, dishwasher, toaster, keurig duo coffee maker and much more. Super clean and comfortable! We have a BBQ grill, and large common area in backyard with picnic tables and shade trees. We are not located on the water but our open water views are amazing! Bedroom has king bed and living area has a brand new queen size sleeper sofa featuring a comfortable gel memory foam mattress. There’s a TV in master bedroom as well as in the living room. WI-FI is located in the unit, you don’t have to go to the recreation center for your internet service. Bungalow will sleep 4. There’s a heated community pool, salt water swimming area, tiki huts on the beach, tennis courts, bocce ball, pickle ball, marina with 2 boat launching ramps at no additional charge, grocery store and many activities. This is a great vacation spot with 5 star restaurants 5 minutes away. Bahia Honda State Park is only minutes away with a beautiful beach. We have bicycles, and paddle boards. Looe Key offers an amazing reef and is close by. Lots of sandbars for your enjoyment. Key West is 20 miles away for lots of music, restaurants, beaches, Fort Zachary Taylor, shopping and much more. Lots of music and great restaurants close by. We are located in Venture Out Resort which is a great centralized location. Come join us in the Florida Keys for great fishing, spear fishing, diving, snorkeling hanging at the beach or just hanging out at this amazing resort! This is the perfect vacation spot!

Perfect place to stay

The home had everything you could need or want in a vacation home. Venture out is a large park with lots of amenities but surprisingly quiet. It’s in a great location to visit Key West or Marathon. I will definitely consider a stay here when I return to the Keys.

Fantastic & Well Equipped Keys Property

Looked at other properties, but couldn’t pass up this property. Quiet and well equipped. Definitely plan to rebook next year.

Quiet Community Great Stay

This was our second time staying here. Great location, nice community with lots of amenities and private beach. Relaxing, quiet, close to State Parks and great restaurants. Great place to relax and enjoy the Keys lifestyle.

Island Paradise is one of the best equiped vrbo locations we have stayed at. We would rank it one of our top 3. The kitchen is well stocked with spices and cooking implements. The owner provided plenty of beach equipment to take in a day at the beach and also provided bikes to take out and explore the resort area. Joan was very attentive to our needs, an excellent host. I would highly recommend staying here if you are looking for a quiet location away from the hustle and bustle of Key West.

Lovely community

We wanted a place close to but not in Key West and this was perfect for us. The "resort" was gated so we felt safe. We LOVED the accommodation. Though you can see the water from the home, it was just a short walk to the edge of the bay to watch the sunrise. The home we stayed at was perfect for us. It was clean and updated. We loved sitting in the screened porch with our coffee. There was a nice breeze every day we were there. Our last day was spent relaxing at the pool. I would recommend this and if I ever go to the Keys again. I would certainly want this place!

Great place to stay

Property was really clean and organized. Owner thought of everything. We have stayed in other places at Venture out but this was our best. Looking forward to comeback next year.

Great communication. Perfect sized unit for my husband and I. It’s very nicely furnished and turnkey accommodation with beach towels, kitchen utensils and household supplies. The community is friendly and has nice amenities like the pool and hot tub. Convenient to Key West. We will be back.

Explore Keys

Very clean one bedroom mobile home. Bikes provided were great. Two TVs in unit, but neither was smart so we could not access our Netflix etc. Visited in July during a heat wave, the ocean was 89 degrees. Two beaches were 15 minutes away, and Key West was 30 minutes, easy to explore the area.

Fantastic Island Getaway

Great location and nice little resort that the property is on. The host is very responsive and accomodative. The property was clean and exactly as posted on the listing. Close to good restaurants and key west, snorkeling, Bahia Honda State Park and lots that the lower keys has to offer. I would definitely stay at this location again. Five stars.

Paradise Location

Joan and Dave were great host. They have a very clean home to offer. Bed was very comfortable. Plenty of closet space for us. Location couldn’t be any better. They even had a couple of bicycles to ride. It was a memorable 2 weeks for us. Thanks for your hospitality!!

Venture Out (VO) in Paradise

The destination was exactly as described on VRBO and perfect for the purpose of our visit, which was to visit family on an adjacent key. The VO amenities were good including realistic rules which were enforced by on site staff.
